Elias Castros Advice for Young Entrepreneurs

Getting to Know Elias Castro

Elias Castro is a highly successful entrepreneur. However, he was not born into a successful life that he lives. Rather, through many years of hard work, he has earned his rank in society. Castro was raised in a lower to a middle-class family. Now, he is a top recruiter with a mission to help people plan for their financial future.

Where Elias Castro comes from and what he does

Elias Castro was born in San Salvador, El Salvador, before coming to the United States at the age of twelve in pursuit of the famous “American dream.” Castro now resides in Claremont, California. The company he works for is a financial broker-dealer. “We work with the top 200 major finance and insurance companies,” Castro said about the company. Since 1906, their mission has been to get their clients to become debt-free and financially independent. “The most rewarding part of this job is being able to educate and change people’s lives,” Castro said. Part of what his job entails is teaching people to be their own boss and have unlimited earning potential. He also works with clients to serve them with the necessary tools and guidance for a successful relationship with money.

What exactly has allowed Castro to reach the position that he is in today?

“In order to be successful in life you have to work hard and smart, stay focused and driven, be disciplined, and always have the drive and will to help others,” Castro said. His advice to all entrepreneurs is, “Find a mentor, be coachable, learn to stay focused and goal-driven, and avoid distractions.” Every entrepreneur is going to face a plethora of challenges in his or her life, but Castro says that the number one skill an entrepreneur can possess is the ability to never give up. “My greatest success so far is the fulfillment that I have obtained by helping others become successful and achieving their goals and dreams,” Castro said.

What is Elias Castro’s next big move?

When asked what the next big move for his career is, Castro responded, “You’ll have to stay tuned to find out!” Despite not giving away any specifics, Castro did explain that he sees himself growing and creating leaders while opening multiple agencies across the country to help and create opportunities for others. “The milestone I want to hit before I retire is to have created 1 million job opportunists and one million clients,” Castro said.
