EpicFabulosity is available for all beauty supply and cosmetic retailers that cater to the needs of African-American women and men as they captured 86% of the ethnic beauty market in 2017, generating $54 million of the $63 million that was spent that year according to a Nielsen study. The same group also spent $127 million on grooming aids and $465 million on skincare in the same year. In 2018, the African-American hair care industry generated a staggering $2.51 billion as more and more consumers made a significant shift from using general products to specific brands that address their needs. 

If anything, Jamila has come up with an innovative idea that will change the course of the local economy for many cities around the country. Not only has she successfully catered to a pressing need, but she also managed to capture a market that promises to be a very lucrative target for her and her business.
