🔥Hey Guys! Back at you today with another episode of The One Percenter Podcast and I know this is one you’re going to enjoy. Today I bring on my good friend Ted McGrath. Ted is a theater performer, speaker, and best selling author. He has created 5 household brands and made millions teaching Coaches, Speakers, and service based Business Owners how to turn their life story and life experience into a lucrative business that impacts millions and makes millions. Ted brings a unique approach to coaching, speaking, transformation, and information marketing by combining his business/marketing strategies and his transformational skill set with his talent as a performer. Not only is Ted one of the highest paid consultants in the Industry, getting paid upwards of $200,000 per customer, he is also a theater performer of the smash hit one man show, called GOOD ENOUGH. (where he plays 15 characters on stage from his life story) Ted is a gifted seminar leader and a master at high ticket sales from the stage. His seminars are Message To Millions and Superstar Speaker, where people travel from 23 countries around the world to come experience the transformation in their lives and their business. Ted has had a near death experience and my favorite part of the interview comes when he is describing the sensations and what it felt like in that moment. He describes like his spirit was leaving his body and he was aware and felt all of it. As this happens he’s holding onto his physical body to literally stay alive. Hearing Ted tell this story really helped me understand how precious live really is and how it really is gone in an instant. Think about that the next time you’re with your loved ones, and hug them a little tighter. Ted provides lots of other insight in this episode and he shares his philosophy on life where he’s been able to make lots of money and impact lots of other people. I know you’re going to love this one.

Sam Bakhtiar is the Co-Founder of Camp Transformation Center that has impacted thousands of lives and grown to many locations with a vision of becoming a household name globally. From 1-1 personal training to expanding their offerings to group training which proved to be very affordable, they decided to expand into other areas and people liked the model so much that they decided to franchise this concept which proved to be successful. Being raised by a single mother, Sam immigrated from Iran to Pennsylvania, America after a series of bombings and fearing for their lives, his mother decided it was best to leave the country for a better life. After not making the cut for the basketball team, Sam went to the local boys club after his mother told him that he should start training and try out again the following year. However, Sam was fascinated by the people training at the gym and their physiques which inspired him to train to become a Champion Bodybuilder.
