Face to face with death-Ted McGrath

Ted has had a near death experience and my favorite part of the interview comes when he is describing the sensations and what it felt like in that moment. He describes like his spirit was leaving his body and he was aware and felt all of it. As this happens he’s holding onto his physical body to literally stay alive. Hearing Ted tell this story really helped me understand how precious live really is and how it really is gone in an instant.
