Face Your Fears Courageously With Birgit Yegülalp
The world gives everything energy, and that is all that it is to it. If you can match the frequency of the reality of what you want and work towards achieving it, without doubt, your aspiration will turn to become a reality. And it cannot happen in any other way or through any other method. It is not just a philosophy but has a strong back-up of science, physics to be specific.
Birgit Yegülalp agrees with the philosophy. She notes that young upcoming entrepreneurs and even those who are already established tend to feature some degree of doubt and fear in the success of their ideas and concepts. As such, the fear of failing in their business conception, fear of uncertainty, rejection, and not being good enough inhibits them from offering their fullest potential. Nevertheless, Birgit notes that it is never over until you say so, and therefore, the need to push yourself out of your comfort zone will lead you to experience the magic contained in the universe.

Birgit’s lifetime features an incidence of struggles and life challenges that she struggled with for a long time. At the age of 21, Birgit struggled with an eating addiction that left her obese. A situation that left her feeling sorry for herself struggled with finding happiness and tinted her self-confidence. She ended up becoming restless and to some extent, suffered from mild depression. However, she never allowed her challenges to take a toll throughout her life. She increased her efforts to fight her fears.
To start, she took a ten days silent meditation course which slowly opened her fears and feelings. She focused on giving her best shot in all her activities while chasing her dream career. Consequently, she exerted her efforts into expounding the knowledge base that led her to take the Scuba Instructor development course during her sabbatical leave in Australia and passing the Padi Exams to be able to teach Scuba Diving. After that, she spent 2 years working in Greece in a Scuba school where she helped people face their fears every day.
Fast forward, Birgit felt the need to find her niche and become her self motivator and driver of her career. As such, she launched her first training and registered her pioneer clients during the year 2020. Following the trail of her struggle, Birgit freely shares the tactics she uses while tackling her fears
Fear of Uncertainty
Being an entrepreneur in itself is very scary. A crippling fear by many entrepreneurs tends to affect their thinking process. The what if’s tend to be many especially during the start-up periods and keeps on swirling in many of the philanthropists’ mind
Birgit advises that although some situations may be inevitable, having a positive mind will free up your mind and gear you up into facing the challenges head-on. Dicing each situation as it owns and not generalizing will help you have a clear well-articulated plan to handle the situation.
Fear of Failing in Business Conception
Failure without a doubt is one of the phobias exhibited by many entrepreneurs. According to small business trends, 33% of Americans say fear and failure hold them back from starting a business. Nonetheless, Birgit opens up that the same pathway has been passed by with many successful entrepreneurs. However, the secret to their success has always been attributed to their persistence, persuasion, and development of mental resilience, strengthening their focus and achievements.
Fear of Rejection
When attempting to tackle external investors, entrepreneurs tend to have an innate fear of being rejected even before tabling their pitching decks to their potential hunt. Often getting worried that your ideas may not hold water or not meeting potential clients’ interests gets the first toll into adding more burden to the start-up owners.
Birgit highlights that instead of fearing, facing the monster will not only give you confidence in handling the impossible. It will not cost you anything to speak your mind, and even if they don’t buy your idea, the fact that you believe in yourself is enough.
