Fintech platform ‘Wedo’ is bringing the future of work to reality with its innovative technology

A radical shift in the way humans work has shaken the core of the traditional 9-5 job and working from home has become a new normal. In tandem, work from anywhere has gained tremendous momentum in every sector of the market. Virtual is the new reality, having seen exponential growth of freelancing and consulting in every vertical. In addition, the COVID-19 crisis has accelerated this growth significantly in the finance and tech industries. Wedo, an American and European social communication SaaS, has turned the tables by eradicating financial and technical barriers for the freelance economy through its integrated social communications banking tool.

Indiana Gregg, Founder and CEO of Wedo believes entrepreneurship should be a human right. “The goal is to make it easy for people who want to start a side hustle or grow their business seamlessly both on and offline.” Wedo operates in the US and Europe with its remote and distributed workforce. The transatlantic social communication SaaS is set to stake its claim in the the $4T global freelance market with banking and payments with FX in global fiat and crypto.

An Ever-changing Landscape

With advanced innovation, Wedo is eliminating the technical barriers and has set out to change the future of work. The platform will allow anyone and everyone to monetize their skills. With its intention to bring out the best talents across the globe, Wedo leaves no stone unturned by integrating a social networking communications system with banking tools. In a world where the trade of goods is mainstream, this tool is working towards the trade of knowledge. “As we move into the future, automation is replacing jobs by the millions. Consultancy, freelancing, and coaching have grown rapidly to be worth $2T in the US alone. Social media, online marketing, data analytics, and technology have created a new segment. This sector of the workforce is currently underserved and there is no tool that allows them to integrate communications, scheduling, invoicing, and banking all in one place. “This is why Wedo“, said Indiana. The one-of-a-kind fintech platform aims to target freelancers, coaches, entrepreneurs, and startups.

A Growing Market

Fifty-two percent of the workforce will be freelancers by 2027. This number is projected to grow rapidly as working from remote areas becomes more common than ever. Taking the future of work to a completely new level, the team of Wedo will be at Valencia Digital Summit 2021 where they will host a keynote and panel on the Future of Work and the Gig Economy as well as an exhibition of its innovative technology.

Real-Time Streaming & Payments

Another fascinating feature of Wedo is that it allows real-time live-streaming commerce via its audio/video drop-in platform. This tool can process in-stream payments and provide invoices seamlessly. All in all, the team at Wedo has been working relentlessly to solve the complex issues of freelancers, coaches, and SMEs. Check out the website of Get Wedo Today to find out more.
