Focus Your Mind And Make It Happen: Clayton’s Success

It is not every day that a person can build an 8-figure business from the ground up, but Clayton Rodrigues has become one of those rarities. Since immigrating to the US from Brazil in 2004, he has put forth a great amount of effort to transform his world and create the business and life that he has always dreamed of. Through a little bit of faith and a whole lot of grit, Clayton has learned how to make things happen…and he has a passion for helping others do the same.

The Starting Point

In the early days of his journey, Clayton was working to set up his own construction company in Sacramento, CA. From the start, he needed to find a way to rearrange his thinking to accept the idea of achievement. He struggled at the beginning, working through a heavy load of hardships. Building a company from scratch is no easy task. It required taking on a lot of tasks such as the company accounting, the sales side of the house (including being a receptionist), and the actual labor and installation. It was hard work, but Clayton thrived. His determination and focus won the battle, and now he is running an 8-figure company with an incredible number of happy reviews.

Today’s Status

As we mentioned, Clayton’s company is doing very well these days. They have a plethora of active and past clients with positive stories of working with them. His company is well-known for doing high-quality work for every job using the best materials that can be used while staying within budget. They also get work done quickly and efficiently, which is what most people look for when they want renovations done. Clayton also has an impressive reputation with other people in the industry. He is known for a cool and calm demeanor, great work ethic, and the leadership ability to get things done. He also has a talent for motivating others around him, which is part of why he now also has a mentoring program. He works with those who wish to improve their lives in some way. His coaching teaches them that they need to focus their minds on the positive, understand that life is not always going to play fair, and that anything is possible if you put in the work.

Personal Life

Outside of the job, Clayton has a pretty rewarding life. His wife and two little boys are by his side, and they all live a happy and active lifestyle. He also spends much of his time giving back by volunteering for local charities and donating generously when he can. Clayton has proven that an immigrant can come here with very little and if they work hard and can focus on their goals, find a way to make it to the success they dream of.
