Garrett Campbell, Sales Trainer and Growth Consultant, On How He Helps Double Closing Rates for Sales Reps/Teams

Garrett Campbell is a sales trainer and consultant who helps businesses improve their sales process. He does this by working with businesses and sales reps to identify the areas where they are falling short and then providing customized training and coaching to help them improve.
About Garrett
Garrett grew up in a small town in Illinois, where he learned the importance of hard work and treating people right. He started his first business flipping shoes and designer clothes in college, and then got into sales after graduation. Covid-19 hit, and Garrett had to leave the city where all his clients were located. He sold his business and dove head first into sales.
When COVID-19 hit, Garrett decided to take his talents in a different direction. He got his start in sales off by selling offers for verified influencers on social media. After being the top performer on many sales teams he was on due to his work ethic and passion to be a leader in the space, he was hounded by other sales people asking for advice & tons of businesses begging for Garrett to sell for them.
Garrett’s Approach to Sales
Since then Garrett has transitioned into training other salespeople and helping businesses build and scale their sales teams. The results have been impressive, to say the least. On average, his clients have seen their close rates double after working with him – and their incomes have increased accordingly.
For Garrett it seemed to be the natural next step to impact more people. He recommends taking life by the ropes and moving with speed and persistence. “Money saved doesn’t move the needle, invest in knowledge that makes you make money faster. You don’t know everything. There’s always people smarter and better than you out there and always more to learn.” Garrett mentioned.
In a recent interview, Campbell stated that “half of these business owners are literally a few minor tweaks in their sales calls away from making another $40k a month.” He went on to explain that proper framing is a common mistake people make. Most people try to sell on why their prospect needs the service, and need to have their prospect selling them on why they qualify to work with them & how their problems align with the solutions and transformation that the service brings.

He went on to say that “You need to talk less in order to close more. Sales is more about listening than talking”, according to Campbell. He encourages business owners to place sales as one of the highest priorities in their business, because it is their bloodline. Cash is oxygen. With his proven track record, Garrett Campbell is an expert worth listening to.
