From Law Student To A Successful Real Estate Professional in the Spanish Market

Guillem Macia is a real estate expert and a young entrepreneur taking the industry by storm. He is the owner of Will To Capital (W2C), a real estate investment platform specialized in real estate investments through different vehicles, including property development. He offers high returns investing in the Spanish real estate market, and he manages assets through other companies.

Guillem’s life began in a small village in Catalunya (Spain) in Barcelona’s outskirts, where he was born. Initially, he had tried building businesses ever since he was 17. Guillem was a law student, and before finishing school, he had already figured out that he wanted to be his own boss. In 2018, he created a successful real estate investment firm. Moreover, Guillem is a very hardworking young man who is willing to do whatever it takes to make his dream come true while helping investors passively obtain considerable profits.

Building A Successful Team

Building a successful team is not always an easy task. However, Guillem knows how to do it professionally. His team is 100% outsourced. Depending on the project, 10-30 people work on it. For example, they are renovating a building in downtown Barcelona. There are three architects, two project managers, one lawyer, one personal assistant, three people working on marketing, and around twenty builders. The whole team is outsourced and is involved in many projects similar to this one. Guillem also has a Sales Team for all the apartments that they work on.

Guillem puts together the smallest unit possible without sacrificing time or quality while saving your money. His team is experienced and has worked on many projects formulating the perfect processes.

Why Guillem Is Successful In The Spanish Real Estate Market

Real estate is an excellent investment. Why? Because it gives you a steady cash flow. Cash comes through rent, which often increases over time. Since property always appreciates, you can also make considerable cash through sales.

Guillem has raised 50M to invest in the Spanish Real Estate market with prospects to continue growing because his clients have been under their management around 10billion worldwide. Currently, Guillem and his company are building around 60 apartments in Barcelona’s AAA locations. Also, 70% of Guillem’s clients are from the US. He manages their business in Europe while helping more US investors invest in Europe.

Therefore, if you are thinking about a steady income, real estate is the way to go. There are diverse options for real estate investing. You can invest with companies like W2C, invest in REITs, flipping properties, or buying properties to rent out. And if you thought real estate is only for the rich, you are wrong. You can slowly and steadily build wealth from the earnings you get from your regular job while investing in the real estate industry.

Lessons You Can Learn From Guillem Macia

We can learn many lessons from Guillem’s entrepreneurial journey and how he rose to be an iconic figure in the real estate industry.

  • Work Hard

Nothing beats hard work coupled with a smart brain. Every business is bound to thrive if this quality is embraced. This reality has been evident in Guillems real estate journey that is doing very well even in the worst pandemic ever. And have you ever known that the more effort you dedicate to something, the larger the returns will be. It is worth noting that people tend to mismanage free things more than those they have worked hard to attain.

  • Team Work

It was once said, “If you want to go fast, go alone, but if you want to go far, go together.” Putting together a good quality team can help you climb heights you never imagined. A dedicated team can deliver the best results under minimal supervision. Guillem’s team is an example of such a group.

  • Every Dream Is Valid

Guillem started dreaming of being an entrepreneur while in law school. He never wanted to be under the control of any employer or be bound by the ‘9-5 trap’. He persistently learned everything about real estate after discovering that real estate was indeed a perfect and excellent investment to venture into. That is how he created the famous W2C company and now lives his dreams of helping people invest in real estate.
