Hope Zvara Revolutionizes Yoga with The Hope Process; Brings Pain and Stress Relief and Enhances Sleeping Opportunities to Truck Drivers Across the Country

As defined by the Merriam-Webster dictionary, Hope is “to cherish a desire with anticipation: to want something to happen or be true.” Hope Zvara is that definition and so much more. Specializing in the Hindu theistic philosophy of yoga, Hope is also thinking outside the box. She is transforming the notions of this therapeutic practice beyond mainstream perceptions.
