How Benjii Baby Deals With Stress And Challenges As An Artist

Benjii Baby is a Columbus Ohio native who received a bachelor’s degree at the University of Akron’s for Business Marketing and Sales Management while also pursuing a music career. He is a musical artist that is highly diverse when it comes to his sound, creating music in different genres with ease depending on his mood, Hip-Hop being his go to genre. His project “Overtime” has been doing great on all streaming platforms, even charting on the iTunes top 50 hip hop charts.

Never Give Up

Although Benjii Baby is constantly at the studio recording new music and also creating content to promote his music and brand, time management was essential because he was pursuing his degree at the University of Akron while staying consistent with his music career.

“Get up and fail, if you wanna be successful, believe in yourself or no one else will you also have to love what you do while not being afraid of taking risk”

“Help others and the blessings will come back to you, learn to cry without tears,”

Benjii Baby said.

Dealing With Stress And Challenges

Being an artist is not an easy career especially when you’re juggling it with school. To avoid stress and burnout, Benjii Baby tends to take a step back and reflect

on the situation then try taking control of the situation. He practices breathing techniques and meditation. Benjii Baby believes life is a test so when preparing for your future it’s just like studying for an exam in school.

“When you’re studying iI believe in taking 15 minutes in between, that way the knowledge you’re obtaining is perceived in the highest efficiency possible. Everything is in your mind and how you respond and react to challenging situations in life depends on the way you think. I tend to approach situations positively.”
