Tell us a little about you and the company:
Chris Kostantewicz is the CEO of ck media in Los Angeles, California, a social media marketing company that specializes in celebrity advertising, promotions, and press publications. His goal is to help the Instagram elite and established businesses improve their social proof to leverage and monetize their online presence. Since 2018, he’s helped over 5000 clients worldwide, building hundreds of instagram accounts to 100,000 followers or more organically helping people best leverage their social platforms to improve their brand and monetize it.
How did ck media begin? What sets you apart from your competition?
“Starting from humble beginnings coming to Los Angeles knowing no one with very little capital, starting ck media in 2018 whilst working amongst Hollywood’s movie executives in well-known social media marketing departments around Los Angeles. I’ve helped to build out social media marketing campaigns for films you might have heard of by Sony, Blumhouse, Netflix, and more. Through this, I was learning proper industry business standards whilst building a quarter of a million-dollar annual revenue business of my own in the background. We really stick out as a company by understanding the industry we’re in, providing solutions for your brand that are top-tier, what you’d expect from a Los Angeles based Silicon Beach start-up. Creating dynamic aggressive social proof for the clients we work with. We focus on working with an elite few clients compared to thousands at a time to always provide the most personalized, concierge experience possible and actually achieve the results we talk about.”

“We focus on working with agencies and celebrities in Los Angeles and worldwide. Regularly we’re working with high net-worth entrepreneurs, businesses, models, and actors/actresses to build their social proof to new level by building their social credibility and publicity.”

Was it easy to get ck media to where it is today? How had 2020 changed the trajectory of your business? What have you learned?
“I built ck media to a 6 figure brand nowhere near close to overnight, coming to LA with nothing and having a difficult time getting a job, made me have a distrust for the 9 to 5 grind. Then when the pandemic hit in 2020, it was a realization that your best bet for financial health and wealth was to go all-in on an online brand. Instead of giving up, 2020 was my most profitable year ever, nearly 4x profit over the past 12 months YTD. 2020 taught us how important it is to focus on working for yourself, therefore you’re responsible for your own success and no one can fire you but you.”
