Esther Moise RN, BSN, CCM, owner and CEO is changing the face of staffing and recruitment services with Frontline Nurse Staffing LLC. With the help and support of her husband, Remps, Esther opened Frontline Nurse Staffing (FNS) to help employers and facilities alleviate staffing shortages which has been an ongoing problem exacerbated by the recent COVID19 pandemic.

Esther started Frontline Nurse Staffing with a decade of experience as a registered nurse. In her nursing career she has worked in many specialties, including ICU, case management, utilization review as well as a trainer and instructor for certified nurse assistants and nurses. Her seasoned perspective in the healthcare industry gives her an advantage over other staffing companies because she is passionate about patient care and safety, industry compliance, and alleviating the stress of her clients and employees. FNS does not simply fill jobs but aims to bridge the talent gaps by working closely with employees and facilities to ensure placement suitability for excellent patient care and job satisfaction. 

During the pandemic, Esther watched countless nurses and allied hospital staff be overworked and underappreciated. This was made evident by an increase in sick leave, leave of absence, and resignations. Her desire to be part of the solution led Esther to the steps of initiating a staffing company that would stand out. Her solutions were to address a known staffing shortage alongside innovative implementation strategies to prevent further shortage in the industry.
