🔥Hey Guys! Back at you today with another episode of The One Percenter Podcast and I know this is one you’re going to enjoy. Today I bring on an absolute stud in the sales game Mr. Jarod Glandt. Jarod is President of Cardone Enterprises, Co-host of The Young Hustlers Podcast, and an investor. He is best known for his sales skills and crushing it with Grant Cardone himself. Jarod is one who’s had a crazy story. In his young adulthood life, he really struggled to find what he was passionate about and what he wanted to do. He slept on couches and was just looking for a way to make ends meet. Then he found an opportunity with Grant Cardone, and went down to Miami to participate in Grant’s elaborate hiring process. Lots of people tried for the opportunity but very few made it, and after the whole process Jarod was selected. Grant saw his talent and potential and Jarod eventually rose up to running the entire company. Jarod’s story really has been something from rags to riches. His story goes to show what can happen if you stay the course, and perform above and beyond at the opportunities you’re given. Jarod also gives tons of sales advice and gives lots of tips for salespeople to make more money. You’re definitely going to get lots of value from this episode. I hope you guys enjoy the episode and drop some love in the comments! I’ll see you soon -SB
