How did you initially get into real estate?
When I was 16, I got sick with mononucleosis. I missed so much school that I needed to switch to online education. Around the same time, my parents were having trouble with their relationship due to the stress of a fix n flip real estate deal gone bad. With a lot of time on my hands and my dad starting a new flip, I took my entire savings of $5,000 and made the decision to partner with him on that project. I didn’t know it then but that would be the beginning of my journey into real estate.
As a 7-figure business owner, what does your daily routine look like?
I wake up at eight o’clock every morning and go to the office from nine to eleven on a regular day. Working hard has only proven successful for me, and it is important for me to do as much as I can now to be able to provide me and my family a comfortable life and to keep growing my business.
What has being a business owner taught you?
Being a business owner has taught me to always have goals and that having the right people working for you will be the key to success. You must build a support team to be able to achieve massive success. You have to remember you can’t do it all yourself, you must delegate!
How has Social Media like Instagram and YouTube helped grow your business and credibility?
Social media has been a great way for me to get out into the real estate wholesaling community. It got me connections and networking with high-level individuals that have helped me learn a lot. I wouldn’t give up the connections I’ve made from social media for anything. These connections definitely helped me gain the success I have today. Not only that, I’ve become a trusted advisor in the real estate space. I’ve been able to put out lots of educational content in order to impact the lives of other people trying to get into real estate as well!
What is the hardest part about growing a business?
Finding the right people, hiring is hard. I will spend weeks to months going through applications, just to fill one spot. In real estate, I need to find people who have a go-getter mentality and good social skills. It is definitely the hardest part of growing a business, but like I said, having the right people working for you will be a key to being successful.
What were the key factors in your business that allowed you to become the profitable young entrepreneur you are today?
One of the key factors that got me to where I am today was building a profitable and consistent marketing stream. This marketing stream made it possible to speak to homeowners and look at properties on a daily basis, which is a must when trying to find real estate deals. Another key factor involves tracking our numbers and financials in order to stay on target and remain a profitable business.
What are your plans for the future?
I plan on continuing to do what works and do more of it! Double down on my marketing and on my sales reps and shoot for over 3,000,000 in revenue for 2022! I also plan to continue to grow my social media and give out tons of more free knowledge to the real estate community!
After my first flip I learned about wholesaling real estate by constantly watching YouTube. I realized that in the time it took to do the one flip, I could have done ten times as many wholesale deals and made triple the money! I learned everything I possibly could from watching videos and reading books about wholesaling. Then, I put my knowledge into action working as hard as possible to build his real estate company, as well as a few other smaller companies along the way. And the rest is history. I have been working incredibly hard to build a multi-million dollar company ever since. I went from one deal a month to ten deals a month over the course of a year. It’s important for me to share my story with thousands of others to motivate, inspire and change lives!
