How Jonny Crosthwaite helps people gain financial freedom in the rapidly expanding real estate industry

There is a famous adage that Jonny Crosthwaite has always abided by in his life. “In a gold rush, sell the picks and shovels, don’t mine the gold.” With HML investments Crosthwaite aims to provide the quick funding that many real estate investors require to expand their portfolios in the real estate industry.

“There was a problem that needed to be solved, which is providing funding for real estate investors,” says he. Crosthwaite was approached by Yanni Raz, popularly known as the “king of hard money.” After working with Yanni Raz originally in solely a marketing capacity, Yanni offered to help him learn the ropes of the private money lending industry and gave him a chance to work with him.

Crosthwaite was quick to grab this incredible once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Later he recalls that “After closing my first two deals, I had made more money on one single check than ever before.”

“Right now, real estate is in a gold rush, and we are providing the money (the tools) so that investors can flip more deals and scale their rental portfolios,” says Crosthwaite. While only the top 1% of real estate agents are making it big in real estate, there is a lot of competition among budding part-timers and aspiring agents.

Instead of competing with thousands of part timers and hundreds of experienced agents, He sees private money brokering as a blue ocean opportunity wherein he uses his access to unlimited funding to provide capital and tools to those interested in getting into the real estate investing game.

HML Investments not only lends money to private high net worth individuals and real estate brokers to grow their rental portfolios but also teaches a group of selected brokers how to broker private money and reinvest it into properties. As they learn to close leads, they can even start their personal money lending franchise with the company.

Crosthwaite succeeded in closing $3M in loans within the first 2 months of his business as well. He credits his success to the great team of coworkers and an amazing mentor who is always by his side. He hopes to scale his business by building a team of private money brokers that will be closing 100M in loans per month and help these brokers achieve financial freedom.

“HML investments’ is rolling out a franchise program that will help franchisees and brokers generate leads to close more deals going forward. We have a system in place and are still improving it every day, so we can help others create a successful private money lending business.”
