For 25 years, Justin Bergmann has been in the Los Angeles police department as a senior lead officer. While there, he has been privy to some security threats that many people experience almost daily. And in a modern world where almost anything is possible, threats also come along with various opportunities. 

After retiring from the police force, Justin wanted to provide a level of security to people who want peace of mind amid all the chaos in life. By leveraging the power of technology, he’s on his way to making safety accessible to others. 

Creating A Security Company

To fulfill his goal, Justin started a business where he gets to share his knowledge and help people be safe in the process.

Now, he is the CEO of All World Protection, a tech-driven security company focused on securing what matters most, precious human lives. Justin’s company specializes in CCTV with A.I. analytics, video monitoring, access control, talk down warnings, alarm systems, and custom security plans to teach users, their families, and their employees how to create the most holistic and secure environment possible.

“Anyone can buy a security system. The key is knowing how to integrate the hardware and software with a holistic security plan to teach people what their role is in the process,” Justin said. 

This knowledge and implementation are what make people safer. Aside from the video system showing the users what’s happening in their properties, it also tells them what to do. 

Partnered with his 25 years of community policing work, Justin specialized in this aspect of his company which made it stand out from the others in the security industry. 

Soon, Justin hopes to become the leading security company in the industry. 

Overcoming Fears And Using Strengths 

As Justin was creating his company, he had to face some challenges along the way. One of the problems stemmed from his fears and self-doubt which he considered his biggest challenges. But this didn’t stop him from pursuing his passion for helping others. 

 “Whenever something scares me, I do it until it doesn’t scare me anymore,” he said. 

After overcoming his struggles, Justin pursued his dream through his company and used some of his strengths such as being an excellent listener and communicator to earn clients’ trust to better cater the security detail according to their needs. 

“If you truly want to help people, they will see that and trust you and want to do business with you,” he said.
