In today’s fast-paced world, finding a healthy balance between your mind, body, soul, and emotions is essential to our well-being. Although it has long been believed that being in touch with your emotions is a sign of weakness, in reality, it is the strongest sign of strength one can display.

By helping them to cultivate balance in all areas of their life, they are able to live a more peaceful life. As a highly sought-after mentor, she helps women create self-care practices to find inner peace and magnetize the life and relationships they truly desire.
The founder of Pink But Not Weak is also a Certified Holistic Life Coach and is currently in the process of becoming an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master practitioner. In addition, she is also a Senior Strategy Coach at The Coaching Masters, which is widely renowned as the world’s fastest-growing coaching academy in the world.
Natalia was unhappy and exhausted both physically and mentally before making the transition to becoming a coach, stating, “My life has been filled with life-changing experiences that have made my soul stronger than I ever thought it could be. I used to struggle a lot with anxiety, felt completely lost in life, and was unhappy.”
Despite having experienced trauma and anxiety throughout her life, she lives by the saying, “Things don’t happen TO you, they happen FOR you”, which serves as a powerful reframe in the mind that everyone can use to grow.
After these pivotal turning points in her journey, Natalia made the decision to become a certified coach as she wanted to help transform other women’s lives using the mindset tools and skills she used to transform her own. She saw a clear path forwards that would enable her to help others and has always been passionate about helping and empowering other women, having spent time working with a life coach herself.
Pink typically symbolises femininity, romanticism, sensitivity, sweetness, innocence, charm, and gratitude. However, the way Natalia chooses to see it is that the colour pink represents more than just femininity; it also represents a part of every human being who is in touch with their emotions and is learning to let go.
While life can often feel as though there is one setback after another, Natalia believes that if we can learn to use these experiences to our advantage, our life can transform rapidly.
