His go-getter mentality and vast industry knowledge have allowed him to become such a massive success within only a few years. “I first got started in real estate while living in Belgium and eventually decided it was best to move to the United States to further my career. While getting started at 26 years old with a lot to learn, I managed to flip 20 turnkey properties to French-speaking investors, ultimately leading to the grand opening of my property management company,” said Fontenelle. “It was an exciting time, but I yearned for more, so I continued to work for it. As of today, I regularly flip over 15 houses per month while managing more than 500 properties.”

I’ve taken on such a leadership role in the real estate industry because of my passion, determination, and willingness to work for what I want.”
