How One Real Estate Expert, Justin Fontenelle, Takes the Lead in Flipping Houses

Flipping houses is a common term used in the real estate industry that defines the process of buying damaged, dilapidated homes, completing renovations, and then selling those  properties to investors. The investors look forward to putting money into something already available for use, so they don’t have to stress over dealing with time-consuming renovations that can cost a fortune.

Justin Fontenelle,(website cannot be linked yet) a leader in the real estate industry, has earned a reputation for becoming a leader in the flipping market throughout the Detroit area. His go-getter mentality and vast industry knowledge have allowed him to become such a massive success within only a few years. “I first got started in real estate while living in Belgium and eventually decided it was best to move to the United States to further my career. While getting started at 26 years old with a lot to learn, I managed to flip 20 turnkey properties to French-speaking investors, ultimately leading to the grand opening of my property management company,” said Fontenelle. “It was an exciting time, but I yearned for more, so I continued to work for it. As of today, I regularly flip over 15 houses per month while managing more than 500 properties.”

The staggering numbers come as a shock to some. However, not everyone achieves success in the real estate industry within such a short amount of time that Fontenelle has while working in the United States. Those with a genuine interest in getting into the real estate industry can look to Justin Fontenelle for the inspiration and motivation needed to reach their goals. One thing he believes is essential for all real estate professionals to have is a passion for the industry. “Without passion, I don’t think you can achieve a certain level of success. I’m passionate about what I do and put my all into it because I love real estate. If you don’t like real estate or it doesn’t interest you, it’s probably not for you. However, if you think about it all the time, you should go for it,” said Fontenelle. “I know that investors want to put money into high-quality properties, so I take the time to have them renovated above the industry standard instead of at the industry standard. When you’re willing to go the extra mile, people notice it, and it makes them want to work with you. I’ve taken on such a leadership role in the real estate industry because of my passion, determination, and willingness to work for what I want.”

While house-flipping is nothing new, Justin Fontenelle offers an enhanced experience to the investors looking for turnkey properties that are ready to go and don’t require any additional renovations. His ability to set himself apart from the rest has landed him in a position to become a leader in flipping houses throughout Detroit. In addition to his real estate service in Detroit, he also has properties in Scottsdale and Fort Myers, hoping to expand to additional areas in the future.
