Real Estate Disruptors

How Ralph Dibugnara is Disrupting The Real Estate Industry

As a nationally recognized real estate expert, Ralph Dibugnara finds his own way to disrupt the real estate industry. Ralph is more than an adviser. He is an out of the box thinker who finds new solutions and effectively leverages the real estate industry. He is the go-to mentor for all real estate agents who want to level up big time.

How It All Started

Ralph’s story is not sugar-coated. He was a middle-class kid raised in a blue-collar family with many financial struggles. His father needed to work many jobs to supply the family with the essentials, and that was the picture that stayed in the mind of the future real estate influencer.

Ralph wanted to break the cycle and become something more than just a simple company worker. He wanted to find his place in an industry that had the best potential to grow – the real estate industry.

In 2018, Ralph started his website called Home Qualified. There, you can find the latest news about real estate predictions that can affect the market. Ralph is also the Vice President of Cardinal Financial which is recognized as the top 15 lenders in the country.

With more than 20 years of experience in different kinds of businesses, Ralph relies on one single thing, an ability to think faster and more effective when it comes to finance and the real estate structure in the modern world.

After the 2008 crisis, many real estate agencies closed their doors, but those that were left were the ones that created the new real estate environment. In this game, only the best survived, and it is now visible how stable management can create the difference.

Ralph Dibugnara is a guy with the potential to change the real estate game. He now influences others when it comes to investment and demographic coverage. With the right pieces of advice, real estate agents get a better picture of the present conditions on the market. Ralph is there to offer the right support.

How It Continues

Ralph Dibugnara continues to provoke the minds of many real estate experts. He offers solutions that are out of the norm but has a practical application in the modern age.

It is easy to have an idea, but implementation is what makes the difference. Dibugnara has created The Real Estate Disruptor speaking series which is a great resource for all real estate agents and loan officers who want to learn how to use social media to their advantage.

With the Real Estate Disruptor series, it is possible to find out how different aspects affect the market. With the right approach, you can predict the most relevant factors that define the future of the real estate market.

Ralph Dibugnara is a real estate expert that goes one step further and uses the power of social media to conquer the real estate game. With his insights, we can re-establish our opinions about real estate opportunities. We need someone who can teach us the right lessons. Ralph Dibugnara is here to stay.
