How Realtor Elaine Richheimer Became the Top Rated Real Estate Agent in Her Area

Elaine Richheimer is one of the best real estate salespeople at Douglas Elliman Real Estate in New York. With her terrific expertise, many satisfied clients have achieved their dream homes thanks to her. This article will show her incredible journey into becoming the best in her industry; make sure to tune in until the end.

She is a member of the Louise Pitlake Power Team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate. They often rank #1 in sales and are very dedicated and hard-working. Elaine said, “We are pinnacle award winners and are very proud of that.”

Elaine is happily married for more than three decades. She has three grown children, of whom two are already married. None of her children live with her anymore; only Elaine and her husband, Michael, live at their house at present. She loves to swim, work out, to spend time with family and friends. But, unfortunately, her pet, who had been with her family for more than a decade, passed away last March.

Her degree in Psychology has helped her a lot in the real estate industry. She recalled, “I love working with people and helping them; I find it very rewarding! I have an optimistic personality, and the majority of my business has come from referrals and networking.”

She continued to say, “Every client and customer is very special to me, and I am very grateful that they chose to work with me. I know how to price a home, so it sells, and I guide buyers in this market.  I get back to people who call and text me in a very timely manner.  I love what I do, and my client’s reviews prove that.”

She primarily serves Nassau County, wherein she shares several reasons why it’s the best place for people who like the outdoors. She said, “Nassau County is pretty large. There is a North Shore area and South Shore.

Elaine lives in Merrick, New York, which is on the South Shore of Long Island. She shared some great places that can be found in her area. She said, “We are very close to beautiful beaches, and there are beautiful homes on the water on the South Shore as well.” Not only that, Merrick’s “The Vine-Wine Bar” is a must-visit place in Elaine’s area. It serves delicious tidbits of Mediterranean-inspired cuisine paired with exquisite wines.

On another note, she has already worked with first-time homebuyers as well as residential sellers. When asked about the real estate market right now, she responded, “The market is great right now, and interest rates are pretty low. So it is a great time to acquire my services.”

Elaine gave some pieces of advice for future first-time homebuyers; she said, “Be patient, get an inspection to make sure the property does not have any issues. Then, look at several properties to compare, so you know that you are making the right choice.”
