How T3 Body by JC White Is Disrupting Fitness for Professionals

Entrepreneurs, business owners and executives are a vital part of a strong economy. While a majority of their day is spent doing impactful work, it doesn’t necessarily mean that positive impact on the economy is transferred over to the body. Often times because of being idle and stressed, this negatively affects these individuals’ energy levels, health, sex drive and aging.
Nonetheless, the pain of not feeling 100% in one’s own skin is a sad reality that leads to an unfulfilled and unbalanced life. Many would argue that feeling your best health wise is a universal right, but how exactly is that achieved on a busy and chaotic schedule?
JC White, the founder of T3 Body identified this problem first hand.
“As a business owner myself, I always found myself around other successful people. The common denominator is that they have the energy and the drive to go conquer today. But slowly, over time, they start noticing that they need to sleep more, rest more. The body starts to deteriorate and break down. They have a huge gut. They look in the mirror and they don’t recognize the man that they once were. A Lot of the guys that we work with are former athletes too as well – they started to feel depressed, and uneasy because the outside doesn’t match what they feel on the inside. These are driven, successful, & highly motivated individual, but now their body and their health does not match what they feel about themselves”
JC White has worked with thousands of clients to help them go from bodily depressed to confident, energetic, fit and healthy individuals. He has worked in the fitness industry for over a decade and holds several powerlifting records, including becoming the youngest WBFF pro at only 22 years old.
With the solution to an appalling problem, the two-time Men’s Fitness cover athlete decided that it’s time to disrupt the way successful and driven professionals approach their health.
“What these high caliber professionals need is a customized lifestyle solution that utilizes blood work, biomechanics and biofeedback to help best customize not only the program when it comes to working out nutrition and supplementation, but also the lifestyle so that it easily integrates into the lifestyle of entrepreneurs, executives and business owners.” JC explains.
The T3 body custom program was created by JC as a bulletproof system. Something that will work for anyone, and especially those who spend a majority of their day at the desk doing high impact work.
“We use blood work to identify exactly what their body needs from a nutrition and supplement perspective. We do a biomechanics screening to assess their mobility, flexibility, range of motion, pre injury history so that we can best customize a training solution and then the biofeedback is ongoing weekly measurement of their sex drive, energy, mood, appetite and digestion to ensure all the work that we do upfront is working effectively.”

For many professionals, this could be the perfect fix to their never ending problems, however, JC has identified crucial prerequisite steps clients need to take before going on this life changing journey.
Set Clear Goals – Not Vague Ones:
JC believes that having clear goals is the first step to having clarity and direction in the fitness journey.
“When people have goals that are too broad without specificity, it lacks direction. Having clarity will help with direction.” he states.
“What I mean by that is… let’s say somebody says, ‘I want to lose weight, I want to get more muscular, I want to be healthier’. That can mean a lot of different things to different people. What I found to help a lot of clients be successful is absolute clarity on what they want. ‘I want to lose 30 lbs. I want my cholesterol levels to be optimal. I want to look and feel and perform the way I did 20 years ago’. With that clarity, you’ll understand exactly what the goal is, and that would help with the direction.’
What is your Why?
The next prerequisite is understanding ‘Your Why’. According to JC, many mess this up because they are not honest with themselves. In order to get to the ‘why’, one must take a good hard look in the mirror of life.
“Why is the reason you know you’re doing it and be really, really honest, right? I’ve found that people who are typically successful with this have a little bit of selfish intent with it, and that’s okay. We don’t have to look at that as a bad thing.” Says JC
“Unfortunately, I’ve heard a lot of guys say they’re doing it for their family, they’re doing it for the wives, but then they like to take action. If that were the truth, they would’ve taken action years ago because they have always been there for them. The real reason has to be something about them, and usually it’s because of the way that they look, right? They look in the mirror every single day and they don’t feel good about it. Their clothes are tight, they feel uncomfortable and it’s the way that they feel – their testosterone, you know, that their sex drive is not what it used to be. Their outlook on life feels different because they just don’t feel good in their body and they want to change that.”
Be Ready to Commit. All In or Nothing.
JC’s last prerequisite is commitment. Being all in or nothing.
“Once we understand the goal, we understand why we’re doing it, then we can understand the commitment level and this becomes really, really important.” JC explains.
“We can’t have lofty goals with a small amount of commitment. We can’t say we want to lose 30lbs and have optimal cholesterol levels, all these specific things and want to look and feel and perform but we’re only willing to commit to one or two days a week in the gym, average nutritional intake, and no type of will to want to actually focus on those things.
The commitment must match. The goal at that is the goal. The commitment must match. From there, it becomes easy to understand what the next steps in the process are.”
Overall JC’s prerequisites seem simple. – “Understand the goal, have absolute clarity on that, understand why we’re doing it and be willing to commit to actually get to that goal.”
