How TSL Rentals Is Disrupting The Luxury Rental Scene Post-Pandemic

As a business owner, especially in the luxury travel industry, Kyle Biskit is trying to reinvent the wheel to marketing his business, TSL Rentals. TSL Rentals, short for Top Shelf Lifestyle, makes some of the most luxurious places available to ordinary people. He believes his innovation brings new meaning to the term “rentals.” “My company is disrupting the rental industry by making some of the most luxurious places available to regular people,” said Biskit. “We are truly a rental company that is based around lifestyle, and we are bringing that to all our guests and providing the most high-end experience possible. We feel this is something very fresh we are injecting into the industry.”

From Humble Beginnings To Great Success In Luxury Market

Success and luxury were not always so accessible for Biskit–in fact, it was obstacles and hardships that empowered him to work that hard to attain success. Biskit grew up amid the urban life of Detroit, where he wasn’t given much assistance either emotionally or physically. However, this lack of support was needed to propel his determination and bring his business to where it is now. He grew a thick skin and a powerful mindset and became resilient when criticizing his business and getting what he wants. “[My growing up] has given me the attitude never to give up and to be able to think outside the box to solve problems,” Biskit explains.

Advice For Aspiring Luxury Travel Entrepreneurs

When it comes to offering his advice to others looking to disrupt the rental market, Biskit maintains that most crucially, you have to love what you do, “Being happy waking up and working every day will give you the endurance to push through when things are difficult,” said Biskit. “While you’re loving what you’re doing, make sure to surround yourself with a group of people who you trust and believe in. That way, you know that things will be getting done around you when it gets overwhelming and help your business run smoothly. Lastly, never stop learning.” Biskit believes that you can never know what the new trends in the luxury market are.

Biskit is hoping to take TSL Rentals to another level by expanding luxury properties globally within the next couple of years. “We plan on going from being based in the US to having properties in all the major vacation destinations around the world,” he said.
