The story of TSL Rentals! How company founder, Bankman Biskit, chased his passion to create his business

We all want to experience that Top Shelf Lifestyle and Bankman Biskit, the founder of TSL Rentals understands that. Bankman Biskit has used his knowledge of the luxury hospitality industry to create TSL Rentals. TSL stands for Top Shelf Lifestyle and his company provides his clients with amazing stays in beach houses, mansions, and villas in the LA and San Diego areas. The rentals are luxurious with stunning views in beautiful locations.

The founder of TSL Rentals, Bankman Biskit, started his journey as an entrepreneur by promoting Detroit, Michigan parties. He created a company called Topshelf Entertainment and he worked to be a key player in the Detroit party scene. While working hard to grow his business in Detroit, Bankman hit a rough period. He decided he needed a break and took a vacation to the west coast. His plan was to vacation for a weekend and return to Detroit, but he fell in love with the west coast and never left. He ended up staying in multiple 4-5-star hotels between Vegas and LA for 2 years straight. After some time had passed, he started to realize how enjoyable this style of living was. He started boasting about living a “Topshelf Lifestyle,” staying in the finest resorts the west coast had to offer.

Everyone thought he was out of his mind. They told him he was spending too much money staying in fancy hotels every night. People around him wondered why he was spending so much time and money on something that did not appear to be benefiting Biskit’s future. However, Biskit had a plan and something much bigger in mind than just enjoying the short-term fun of living in high-end hotels.

Biskit was working on his vision. He was working on his passion. While people thought he was wasting his time and just “living large” he was working on his goal to create a premium vacation and corporate housing lifestyle company. While spending 2 years staying in various hotels and suites, he studied the hospitality business and learned what makes a hospitality company stand out. He then started his company, “TSL Rentals.” He started initially renting out luxury penthouses throughout San Diego and LA for short term stays. He then got into mansions, beach houses and villas. Biskit is passionate about his company and his growing success is a product of his willingness to pursue his interest and become an expert in his field.
