How Two Women Are Bringing About Change In The Corporate And Personal Tax Business

Tax Lady II LLC  is a minority owned business that is owned by husband and wife Obi and Belinda Ndu and that success allowed them to empower others to be business owners by opening franchises under the established Tax Lady II Brand.  With multiple offices across the United States and their corporate headquarters in Florida, this incredible franchise has given many the opportunity to shine in the business world. Mrs. Ronnie & Ms. Sharice, are the Owners and Managing Partners of the company at the Union County, New Jersey location, this franchise has given them the opportunity to do what they love and take care of their families. They specialize in tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, loan broker, and business and entity formation. They do all of this while always putting their clients satisfaction first.

“It makes our day when our clients say, I completely forgot that I was here taking care of my finances.  You made that so easy!!,” they share.

While taxes and bookkeeping are not usually a “sexy” business, the staff at Tax Lady go above and beyond for their clients. Despite the startup costs involved in starting a business, it is important to remember that this is not the only monetary requirement. In fact, Mrs. Ronnie & Ms. Sharice make it a point that, in order to have a successful business, you must be open to changing the dynamics of some of your relationships, including the relationship you have with yourself so that you can generate the laser focus that is needed to be successful.

“We feel that if you work hard at doing something that you love , the social capital that you earn will give you satisfaction that is unmatched!!! Try it for yourself and let me know when you’ve gotten to understand that sentiment for yourself.,” says Sharise Frazile.

While the Covid-19 pandemic presented itself as an obstacle, Tax Lady was able to remain solvent during 2020, the year of its inaugural season. Knowing that offering a concierge style in handling financial matters would change clients’ experience, they have kept their business solid throughout these unprecedented times. In the next year, they will continue to expand the Corporate Tax Practice and plan to secure more lucrative bookkeeping clients, as well as to pursue additional services to offer clients in the financial sector.

“We are different from our competitors because we continuously work to perfect our craft. We are sure to consider the clients needs in every interaction. Not one of our clients would ever say that they felt like a number with us.” Says Sharonda Marrow

This business has helped to bring out the best in the sisters, and they have been able to live the personal growth that comes with managing a business. They are grateful for this endeavor and plan to have many more years of continued development.
