Mike Ciorocco is the founder of People Building Inc. A brand that aims to build people and their team(s) in the areas of Confidence, Resilience, Leadership, Emotional Response, Mental, Spiritual, Physical, and Financial Literacy.

In a recent interview with Mike, we discussed certain issues about his brand and how he’s been able to manage it successfully despite the barriers the recent unrest and pandemic has caused. Let’s have a look


What inspired you to create your brand? 

I started People Building Inc. with the desire to help people realize their full potential. After telling my own What Are You Made Of? Story, I realized that not enough people share their stories, and by doing so I can help other people. I’d always thought that my story wasn’t special enough or that no one cared, but I was so wrong. I’ve been able to connect with people on so many levels and am fueled by the desire to truly help people by showing them how they can use their past life events to break through to higher levels in their lives and businesses.


What is the WAYMO Movement and what are your desires regarding it?

The What Are You Made Of? Movement is all about turning all letdowns, setbacks, disappointments, anything that appears negative, into rocket fuel for your future. I hope that by sharing my story I can inspire people to have the courage to share theirs and take action to better their lives and their business.


Why is now the time for your company to exist?

People Building Inc. developed out of a passion to help other people push through the things in their lives/businesses that hold them back. Now, of all times, we are seeing what people are made of. It’s time for people to realize that their past can be used to fuel their current situation. We are here to help people find that rocket fuel, harness its power, and use it time and time again to break through barriers now and in the future.

What are the 3 most important lessons you learned on your entrepreneurial journey?


  1. You must have a clear vision and it needs to be big enough to scare and excite you at the same time. You must remove all obstacles. That includes people that don’t support you.


  1. Use all setbacks, negativity, etc. as rocket fuel for your future.


  1. You need to have great people around you to grow and be successful.


Growing a business in 2020 is hard, due to the current pandemic and occurrences. What do you think is the best thing for every business owner to do this period?

First of all, you need to make a conscious effort to make this event the reason you succeed, not the reason that you fail. Increase your activity levels and focus on getting out of obscurity. Be in front of people all of the time. Be obsessed about it. People still need products and services and they will purchase them from the people that they see most often or that are in front of them when the time comes. 


Do you have any special talents or abilities besides what you shared that has helped you come this far?

I have a fire that’s been lit inside of me, since I was a kid, to prove naysayers wrong and show people what I’m made of. That fire has shown me that no matter what comes my way I can overcome it with commitment, consistency, passion, and massive action.
