Inside The Mind of Jarrod Glandt, Millionaire With a Heart Of Gold

Hey, guys, it’s Luis Jorge Rios and I am back with another record-breaking champion master at sales. Jarrod Glandt, we all know him as President at Cadrodone Enterprise where he’s been working with Grant Cardone for over a decade.  His outlook on sales and life has been highlighted in this article, and it will surely motivate and get you dialing on the phones. Not only does Jarrod have massive drive and passion for what he does he’s full of gratitude and compassion for humanity. Let dig in to see see how this master thinks!

Why do you love sales so much?

The reason I love sales so much it affords people freedom. It gives me the ability and confidence to know that no matter the economy even in a COVID 19 economy or even a great economy there is always products to be sold and services to be made. Sales are awesome because of your ability to have unlimited earning potential without having a degree or higher education.  This means with that skill set you’ll always have a paycheck. : JG

What would you advise someone when they fail?

When someone fails I would advise them to simply create more opportunities. Failure is only typically felt if you have a lack of opportunities if you’re relying on too few prospects. An example if  I have one deal and it falls through its a huge loss. In contrast, if I have 100 deals I’m working and one falls out than it doesn’t affect me, it doesn’t burn so bad. There is no real way around losing deals, but the emotional response of failure is significantly reduced when you have a larger pipeline. : JG

What does the future hold for Jarrod?

Tremendous amounts of opportunity, I hope that I continue to represent products and services and movements that I’m passionate about.  Taking that passion and profit from it and continue to grow my family and support my friends and community and have an impact on the world. : JG
