How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?
I wouldn’t call myself successful by any means
yet. I don’t believe you need success to bring goodness into the world. Being a
good person means being compassionate and helpful towards others. You don’t
need money to do that.

What do you think makes your company stand out? Can you share a story?
We focus on high-quality content that was created and written by experts in the fields. We always make sure to do extensive research before we write a pitch. Not every company is interesting enough to be covered in media outlets. Also, I haven’t seen any marketing agency focusing on hyper-growth industries.
Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?
Think of everything as a “wave”. If you are having a hard time and it feels like everything is going down, you need to be aware that this is just the preparation for the next wave up. Bad luck ends and things can change drastically in a matter of days. If you have a strong vision and your values are clear to you, there is no failure which defeats you. Learn from your mistakes and always be grateful, even for the bad events in your life. Studying charts day in and day out really helped me to build this mindset. Giving up when all chips are down is like selling the bottom. You don’t want to sell the bottom.
What piece of advice do you wish someone had given you at the start of your career?
This may sound counter-intuitive, but I wish someone had encouraged me to actually display less grit within my job and more ambition about finding the right job. Basically, I was willing to work really hard and long in a few jobs that I didn’t like because I thought that was the ‘right thing to do’. What I’ve come to see is that success and fulfilment come much more naturally when you are in the right context. Success ALWAYS requires hard work and sacrifice and perseverance — but those things are actually life-giving when you are doing it for something (or someone) you love.
Why you start The Chiragh Baloch Show?
In this podcast show I am showing all hidden talent specially from Balochistan. I am featuring Actor, Directors, YouTuber, Artist, Musician and others. In Balochistan there are lot of talents but there is no platform that is the reason I am hosting this podcast show.
What are your “3 things I wish someone told me before I started my company” and why. Please share a story or example for each.
- All marketers are Liars.
Being authentic and honest is good, but, to arouse interest, one has to create emotions. Exaggeration is a powerful marketing tool. As long as you focus on delivering the desired end-results, you can make your story much bigger than it ultimately is in reality.
- Everything is much easier than you think.
Initially, I thought you have to be a professional full-stack developer to build a high standards website. I also thought that you need to study journalism to publish well-written articles in top tier publications and I thought you need to study mathematics to do technical analyses on stocks. However, in today’s world, you can learn literally anything in a matter of weeks if you have the right work ethic and an internet connection.
- Change your thoughts and you change your world.
You set the limits yourself. Whether you think you can do or can’t do it, you are right. The way you look at the things in your life will ultimately decide where your life is going. If you focus on the positive, you will notice much more to be happy about. These cuts both ways: Negative thinking will make your life much harder and weigh less enjoyable. You see what you want to see.
What’s a quote that you live by?
“Focus on your dreamwork, listen your heart and never give up”
