Interview with the Musician, Composer, and Producer Zafrir

Zafrir is a world-renown musician, composer, producer, and DJ, so talented he does it all. From fluently playing 20 different kinds of musical instruments to composing and producing music, Zafrir is first and foremost a prolific all-around musician.

Starting as early as 16, Zafrir began his journey through music & cultures. He explored new sounds, new technologies, and rare Trible musical instruments from around the world. The talent has grown immensely and has now collaborated with multiple well-known stars including, Alok, Armin van Buuren, and Vini Vici just to name a few.

Zafrir brings a rare fusion of sounds, rhythm, beats, voices, and colors that inspires D.J’s, Producers, musicians, and a growing number of fans from all over the world. By showcasing his broad variety of abilities through his songs, Zafrir brings the strengths that producers bring to the table into the limelight. He really is a well-rounded musician who harnesses an incredible amount of talent.

What Do You Do?

I’m an artist, composer, musical producer, and DJ, I do it all.

Tell us about your background getting to where you are today?

I started getting into music when I was 16. Then on it took years of creating and learning music in-depth and playing various instruments to develop the skills and get me to where I am today.

What is your greatest inspiration for your music?

My parents. They both encouraged and motivated me since the very beginning, I owe my music to them.

What’s your greatest achievement as a Musician?

My song “vale vale” with Alok. Currently, the song has over 20 million streams on Spotify, it’s an amazing achievement for sure.

What’s unique about your music?

In my electronic world of music, I bring vocals from different cultures
and ethnic instruments. It creates a very unique and appealing blend of sounds.

What’s your goal in the music industry?

To be a well-known producer and artist that travels and shares his music with people all around the world.

What do you want people to take away after listening to your music?

I want my fans and listeners to know that I make my art from my heart and love for them. I hope after listening to my music they have something to come back to excite them or give them some relief from everyday life.
