We had the pleasure of interviewing the Co-founder, and Head of Products of Gleantap, Shubham Sethi.
Thank you for taking the time to speak with us. Please give us your backstory.
In the last 15 years, I have helped multiple startups launch and scale their software products from the ground up. When the opportunity to co-found Gleantap and launch new products presented itself a few years ago, I welcomed it with open arms.
Tell us more about Gleantap, the new platform you’re bringing into the market.
Gleantap is an intelligent customer engagement platform built for small and mid-sized businesses. Our customers use Gleantap to automate their marketing and sales and convert more leads into members and members into fans. By using our proprietary technology, the platform builds an emotional bond between businesses and customers by sending automated communication at the right time with the right message. This allows businesses to significantly increase their customer retention and reduce churn. Thus, making a direct impact on their bottom and top line.
What, in your opinion, distinguishes your company from its main competitors in the market?
Gleantap removes the guesswork for our clients. A complete user-friendly sales and marketing system for small businesses that actually work is a rare find in the market at this time. In addition, our in-built automation and intelligence that my product team has built is totally unique in the market. Our technologycan recognizeand predict the engagement trends at a customer level within the product and that intelligence is then used to send campaigns at the most appropriate time for that particular customer, thereby initiating conversations and, eventually, conversion.
What, in the simplest terms, is the main goal of your brand? How do you believe it will benefit your intended clientele?
Yes, the primary goal of our brand is to foster an emotional bond between customers and our small business clients. We want their customers to become raving fans. Our clients will benefit from learning the behavioral patterns of their customers. Surprisingly that is still something that most businesses struggle with. They can also learn insights like – attributes that are common among those who cancel their memberships versus those who stay longer. Break down any customer segment to better understand them, foresee cancellations based on their lack of activity, run smarter campaigns, and increase revenue.
What gives you the most satisfaction in your career/life?
Seeing the positive impact Gleantap has on these small businesses. Seeing these companies’ personal and professional advancement as they gain confidence in their campaigns, company, and members.
Do you have any parting thoughts or ways that people can contact you?
Definitely, as a parting thought, I’d like to emphasize how small businesses are the backbone of our economy, and anything done to support them benefits us as a whole. I’d also like to encourage those who are passionate about inventing new products to keep going. If you ever need your technology to be launched, please don’t hesitate to reach out. The best way to contact me is through LinkedIn, under Shubham Sethi.
