Is Your Business Not Working? Here Is The Way Out

Most businesses have likely hit the ceiling or are getting there. It’s the natural cycle of every business. Things go well up to a point, and all of a sudden, you’re banging against a ceiling. Some entrepreneurs may opt to wrap things up and probably think of another venture. But others may look for strategies to break through the ceiling.

We talked to business mentor and woman entrepreneur Jennifer Carrasco to learn how she helps businesses break through the ceiling and increase their income stream.

About Jennifer Carrasco

Jennifer Carrasco is the Founder of Virago Skin & Body Studios. She is also the creator of the V Skincare, a high-end skincare line created with her 23 years of experience as a medical esthetician.

Jennifer became a single mother at age 21 years. She bought her first business, and she had no idea what she was doing at the time. The only thing she knew how to do was to roll up her sleeves and work hard. She became dedicated to her goals and had the drive and desire to keep going even when things got rough.

In 2008, Jennifer lost everything and had to file for bankruptcy. After this major setback, she had to rebuild her company from scratch, and amidst the challenges, she managed to rebuild her company successfully.

Jennifer proceeded to set up her third business. She wanted to do things differently and hired a professional EOS implementer this time. The implementation allowed her company to run without her and paved the way for Jennifer to become a professional EOS implementer herself.

As an EOS implementer, Jennifer realized that she wanted to help business owners. She wanted other entrepreneurs to thrive and succeed as she did.

Helping businesses that are not working

Jennifer is all too familiar with the factors that can lead a business to hit the ceiling. As an entrepreneur herself, she has had to face issues such as not having the right team, trying to do everything herself, which can be physically and mentally draining, lack of a formal operating system, leadership issues, etc.

In some cases, a business ceiling spells doom to entrepreneurs. But Jennifer points out that it doesn’t have to be like that. You’ve worked hard to set up your business. It’s only fair that you give it a chance by seeking the most effective solutions.

Get your business up & running

Jennifer has a track record of helping businesses’ make shit happen.’ She uses her knowledge to help businesses align with their vision, gain real traction against that vision, and lead healthily without compromising your well-being.

Jennifer’s mantra is, “Your vision, your dream, your refusal to give up or to compromise are the core ingredients for success.”

To conclude

At times it may be unclear why your business has hit the ceiling. However, with a business mentor, you can identify the problem and develop the right solutions. You can learn more about Jennifer by checking out her website
