Sex And Relationship Coach, James King Shares 3 Easy Ways To Bring Back Lost Love And Desire In A Relationship

James King is a sex and relationship coach for men, teaching them how to be great both inside and outside the bedroom. He tells us that it’s rare to find a man who is neither one nor the other. This means they may be great in bed but generally aren’t great guys, and a great guy is not usually good in bed.

People nowadays are very quick in choosing their relationships, which can bring forth many problems. We place too much emphasis on romance rather than getting to know each other first, especially before getting engaged.

James takes us through 3 ways to bring back lost love and the desire to have sex in a relationship.

Tip #1: Revisit the early days to revive the passion

The professional counsellor and sex therapist says that the desire and sensational feelings of romance for each other mark the beginning stages of a relationship.

Revisit the places where you made memories together and cuddled early on, such as dates you went on, and reignite those memories once again.

Tip #2: Reignite your sex life by reconnecting on an emotional level

If you feel disconnected from one another, try to bring the connection back by sharing what you love about each other and what keeps you going when you think about them.

Intimacy is not just about sex but also about what connects you on an emotional level. Those qualities and traits that attracted you when you first met should be bought back to the front of your mind if you feel you have lost feelings.

Tip #3: Create a culture of appreciation

James tells us to learn to initiate respect and appreciation with one another. When a partner does something, such as ironing your clothes, say thank you. Small words of gratitude reignite your love and feelings for each other and make all the difference.

Also, whenever you can express your feelings for each other, ensure you do so rather than focusing on your partner’s shortcomings.

According to James King, being in an unhappy relationship is worse than being alone. This is why he believes it is important to find someone who is an ideal match for us.
