Faith & Business Coach Jasmine Stith is a digital nomad who helps Christian entrepreneurs achieve their goals by launching the brands and businesses that God has placed in their hearts.

What inspired you to create your brand and what does it aim to solve? 

My brand started as a gentle reminder for my followers & friends on Snapchat to keep God first and Walk By Faith while I plugged them into the tools & resources they needed to get internships during the summer and full-time opportunities after college. 

I help people increase their confidence of being an entrepreneur God’s way, give them marketing strategies to build their impact & income online, and finally, I empower people to use technology to optimize their business processes and come up to speed using social media which can be done on your cell phone.

What obstacles have you faced so far and how did you overcome these obstacles?

I took my journey of full-time entrepreneurship right before the pandemic. I faced what every entrepreneur goes through within the first 3-4 months: doubt, fear, and trying to return to the stability of a paycheck. 

However, let’s add that the world shuts down and my confidence when right with it. Naturally, I‘m an extrovert. Being around people is one of my positive vices that not only helps me to fuel 

What is your best advice for someone who wants to grow in any area of their life?

1. Identify the struggle areas in your life that you aren’t trusting God. Those areas are in these four categories: Health and Wellness, Relationship, Business & Finances, or your overall Spiritual walk with him. 

2. Start being consistent. Record yourself every day putting one step in front of the other to get your mind and body to agree that you will start trusting in God more in the areas you lack faith in.

3. Develop a prayer life, get a mentor, and surround yourself with healthy friends.

4. Discover your purpose – Find your spiritual gifts, talents, and things you are good at. 

5. Practice Longevity – Don’t Give up when things get too hard. Keep walking by faith in every area of your life.

• FEAR is the False Evidence Appearing Real. Fear & Faith can’t lie in the same place. 
• To overcome FEAR you must CHOOSE FAITH which is Finding Assurance in Trusting Him.

When you have faith you can GROW in any area of your life.

Scope out a plan for showcasing your business/brand online 

1. 1. Do you need more awareness?
   2. Do you need more leads & sales?
   3. Do you want more community engagement & feedback?

When you show up online with a plan of what you want you will show up wanting more than just likes & follows. This is a vanity metric that doesn’t get talked about often because it’s cool to have a lot of followers. However, if you don’t know how to monetize the audience you have – more people won’t fix your financial challenges. 

1. Get Clear on the Problem You Want to Solve 

Ex: Help People Get Debt Free to develop multiple streams of income for themselves & their family

The problems you solve should be easy for you and a challenge for everyone else. 

Oftentimes, imposter syndrome appears when we are functioning outside of our gifts and talents. If you know that you can help people save, invest & manage money, that’s a good market to step into because so many people don’t understand the foundations of financial management. It’s not their fault, we don’t get that type of training in grade school or college. 

Don’t shy away from your gift no matter what industry you’re in. 

2. Niche Down Your Audience:

Ex. Recent College Grads who want to develop a strategy to pay off their loans

“If you try to be all things to all people, you won’t be anything to anybody.” When building a business you have to wear so many hats like the marketer, financial planner, executive officer, and product specialist. Trying to sell your products to everyone is going to spread you so thin and your results will become slim to none. Think about the problem you solve, then ask yourself who needs my help the most.

Here’s some homework: Research “customer avatar”. This will give you a good framework of questions you can ask about your target market & demographic. 

3. Decide Which Platform Is Best for Your Personality 

Ex. You need two platforms

The first platform should be searchable and where you can answer your client’s questions directly. This is often found on YouTube & Podcasting. Both platforms have a search bar that someone can search “How do I plan a budget to pay down student loan debt?”. With the right SEO credentials on your content, you should come up within that search demographic. 

The second platform should be used for community engagement. These platforms are Instagram, Facebook, & Twitter. When you provide bite-sized content of value based on your long-form content within your first platform of choice you will catch your ideal target audience’s attention. 

4. Turn Your Expertise into Income

The ways to make money online are endless, but the basics consist of turning your solutions into a product or service. Sell it online and collect results on how you have impacted someone’s life with your GOLD.

A few ways to make income online:

• Sell Digital & Physical Products Online
• Turn Your Expertise into a Course or Coaching Program
• Complete service for someone else
• Affiliate Marketing 

No matter what product or service you choose to sell, your focus should be on improving the quality of life for someone else. You will know that the solutions to someone’s problem is on the other side of your obedience. 

5. Walk By Faith: 

Everything you want in your life is on the other side of fear. Sounds like a quote you saw on Instagram or Facebook I’m sure. 

However, this principle is nothing less than the truth. That book, blog, brand, podcast, YouTube channel, business, YOUR GOLD all will be birthed when you step out of Fear & CHOOSE FAITH. You choose faith by acting on the seeds that God has planted on the inside of you. Simply put, give God something to water. 

You will have to Walk By Faith. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Every day you will have to put one foot in front of the other and slowly lay the foundation for building your brand and business that you envision.
