Jason Luv Goes From Marines, Actor to Artist With 3 New Singles

You can’t reach at the top of your game with your debut project until you are Jason Luv. The artist shook the EDM scene with his hit single ‘Tik Tok’ which has made its way into iTunes top 100. For many artists, this news might not come true but for Jason it is a dream come true that his debut single has reached the top of the charts. He pursued rap/hip-hop music and later even pursued his passion for making Electronic Dance Music (EDM). ‘Dance The Night Away’ and ‘Let’s Go Shopping’ is another hit singles under Jason’s name. The former athlete and military member turned personal trainer in very little time have captivated the attention of EDM fans around the world.

Recap from childhood days

When Jason Luv was a high school senior in Ville Platte, Louisiana, he was fortunate enough to be blessed with the opportunity to explore multiple avenues after graduation. His GPA was above 3.0 and he was a three-sport athlete in basketball, football, and track who was receiving scholarship offers from several colleges throughout the region. Despite these options, Jason made a critical decision at an early age to enlist in the United States Marine Corporation, a decision that according to those closest to him would ultimately change his life and define his character.

A shift from military life

His management team refers to him as persistent, resilient, passionate, hard-working, and among all other things; time-oriented. Jason’s ‘mental clock’ can most likely be attributed to the 7 years he spent as a sniper scout in the Marines, a place where punctuality is an expectation. While attending the military, he enrolled in online classes at Florida International University.

After completing his tenure successfully in the military, Jason decided to apply his work ethic to new crafts, first beginning a career as a model while simultaneously establishing himself as one of the most desired personal trainers in the Miami-Dade area. Jason has also been known for acting, accepting a few bit player roles throughout the past several years.

Turning point

Once Jason was sure about his goal, he decided to foray into the hip-hop scene and started performing in Miami night clubs. His performances made him a star in the Miami music scene. That’s when I took music seriously and learned how to produce music. After making songs with some of the well-known artists, Jason extended his career beyond the Miami music scene and crossed paths with Interscope Records as an artist and a producer.

Success and the tale of struggle

Jason Luv has been putting himself on the map in EDM, Latin, and Rap for the past few years. His latest track “Tiktok” has gone viral on social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok with video by celebrities and big influencers. There are dozens of rappers doing music but Jason Luv has a success song on his hands and has the potential to hit the Billboards. Currently, the song has already clocked in millions of plays and has fans around the world doing TikTok videos to the song.

However, he did not have an easy ride to where he is right now. Very few rappers managed to go viral immediately with their first song. Some rappers specialized in mixtapes and released a song much later. Many rappers had to wait for years before one single became a big hit. Only a few rappers make waves soon after they start using did very well in a short span of time and Jason Luv is one of them.

Immense love for music

Jason Luv shows his value with mastering each category of music from making songs to making beats. “Every time I compose a tune or make something, I desire to make sure that name fits me and my listeners., Jason Luv stated. This genuine Hip-Hop artist/ producer is keeping it genuine, utilizing music as a treatment to let out all of his feelings and sensations to the world. Listeners feel the complete result of his feelings in his tunes through his beats and music.

Even though he only released just a few single and working on the album, Jason Luv has actually been making music for about 5 years now. Getting into music for the very first time at while living in Miami, he recorded his very first tune in the same studio as Pitbull and Bad Bunny record their hit songs.

Quarantine entertainment

The artist during the lockdown surprised the world when he showed up on Instagram with a song on a Sunday night. He went live on Instagram with rap star Tory Lanez in a session called Quarantine Radio. The interaction had over 360,000 live viewers in it. Jason Luv isn’t new to the music scene, but on a night when thousands of people tuned into the live stream, many who are unfamiliar with the artist wanted to know more about him. Overnight his followers shot up to 130,000 followers from all the viewers that were watching him perform live.
