Jean Louis Hardy Will Help Grow Your Business, But First He Will Grow Your Mind

Jean Louis Hardy is a businessman and he’s helping other business people get where they want not only in business but in life. He helps entrepreneurs excel far beyond their own perceived abilities. Hardy has reached success himself through pushing himself, so he focuses on pushing his clients towards ultimate success too. Entrepreneurs go to Hardy for help in growing their business, but they end up with skills needed for a lifetime of success.
Business consultant and coach, Jean Louis Hardy lights fires of passion, purpose, and clarity for business owners, pushing them towards excellence. When Hardy meets one-on-one with clients, they discuss how to break limitations that keep them stuck in vicious cycles. For Hardy, personal development is integral to a business. Hardy puts the focus inward, asking his clients to become self-aware and grow first within themselves.
Hardy encourages his clients to dig deep in search of their truth. Living truthfully and authentically means evaluating your purpose in all aspects of life. Hardy explains there are different categories or “containers” of life to focus on: health; spirituality; and relationships. Instead of focusing solely on growing their business, he urges his clients to “fill your containers first and that will feed your business,” he said. For Hardy, defining purpose and meaning in your personal life will allow you to bring it into your business and create real value for others.
True purpose and business go hand in hand for Jean Louis Hardy. There are four things to focus on in business according to Hardy. They are personal purpose, marketing, sales, and systems. Once his clients have a good grasp on what their purpose is, they can move on to focus on their businesses all while working on themselves too. Focus and high performance are two skills Hardy teaches. High performance is a mindset he calls the HiPer Mindset. HiPer Mindset allows any entrepreneur to gain the clarity he needs to perform without burnout. They can then grow their companies to new heights. Entrepreneurs can become limitless in business through the combined effort of focusing on themselves. Hardy urges them to do deep introspection at least 30 minutes per day.
Hardy has done this deep work every day himself, so he knows it works. He started from the bottom–working at several companies and he even lost everything and was homeless. He had to work his way up–knowing he had to look within himself. Now, Hardy has a passion for helping entrepreneurs break mental obstacles and other limitations. When asked what motivated him to start his business, he replied, “I have a fascination with how value is perceived in this world and how to break limits to achieve the ‘limitless’ status. Why is it that some people can achieve so much more with the same amount of time starting from nothing? I believe I’ve found a way to answer that.”
Hardy really went through it on his own. Because he made it out on top, he feels as though it’s his purpose to help others do the same. He truly wants to help business people grow their companies. He has over 10K followers on Instagram. Already, he has helped grow companies thousands and millions of dollars in months. When asked why he does this he answered: “I LOVE seeing people make choices that better them in life; it brings me joy.” He has a deep affection for sparking change and exponential growth which is why he’s bringing his business online. He wants to reach as many people as possible so his clients can be the best version of themselves. Jean Louis Hardy is creating change in the world one company at a time.
