Jemand Ezeonwuka: How Business Owners Can Build a Rock-Solid Brand by Improving Their Culture.

When most business owners think of strengthening their brands, they believe the only way is to launch expensive marketing campaigns, filled with uncertainty.

But that’s not true. In fact, the best way to strengthen your brand so you can compete against the whales in your industry is to build a culture-focused brand.

How do you do that?

Here to answer that for you is Jemand Ezeonwuka. Today, he’s known as the founder of the Eze Fit Transformation Centers (With 3 Locations in NJ), Eze Fit Studio (a new boutique training studio), and a growing online transformation business, which has transformed over 5,200 lives… In other words, he was able to get into an overcrowded industry, differentiate his brand and live his calling.

He’s also a published author, speaker, motivator, mentor, business coach, and WBFF pro athlete.

Here’s his story.

When he was 12, Jemand came to the USA with his 4 siblings and 29 year old mother. They had no money, no plan… nothing but the hope of making it in this free country.

After being homeless and living off of close relatives, Jemand and his family moved into their neighbor’s basement. Times were tough, but he didn’t let his situation define him.

Then, in 2005, he got into the fitness industry, and it was like a fire lit inside him. He started out as a trainer in several big-box corporate gyms in NYC and NJ, but he always knew he was destined for more. After 3 years of feeling bound by working in corporate gyms, Jemand left to pursuit his vision and mission of Inspiring, Motivating, and Transforming thousands of lives throughout New Jersey.

And in 2010, he opened the first Eze Fit Transformation Center, and the rest is history.

As he explains, if you want to beat the competition, you need to build a “culture focused brand”… a brand that’s built on the values you stand for. First, start by identifying your own values and non-negotiables in life.

Then, take a look at the industry you’re operating in, and look for opportunities to fill in some gaps.

In Jemand’s case, he was passionate about helping people elevate all areas of their lives… Physical, Emotional, Mental and Social. However, most gyms out there only hit on one of those aspects. That’s where his Transformation Centers come in, where he and his team help people look amazing, feel incredible, build rock-solid self-confidence, and get in a positive environment.

That’s the secret sauce to his, and potentially your success as well.

If you want to learn more about Jemand, what he does, and how he can possibly help you create a “culture focused brand” that smashes the competition, then make sure you check out his Instagram account by clicking here, or visit his website www.ezefitnj.com
