Joel Henry Is A Traveler/ Photographer And An Influencer. Here’s Why You Must Check Him Out

If you’re a fan of travels and photography and are looking for something new to inspire you, look no further! Joel Henry is a well-known photographer who also has love for traveling. Social media are his goals.

Joel is of Swiss/Italian origin. What started out as a hobby for him, turned out to be a real passion that he made into his career. Joel initially started doing photography when he was a student at university. This became a necessity for him as he started working for large companies.

Many people on social media are trying to become travel influencers but Joel sees the bigger picture. He believes that TripAdvisor is the most important social platform for real travelers to be on. Even then, he understands the importance of being active on all social media platforms to create a bigger follower base.

In this respect, Joel shares, “Social media platforms have become indispensable. Nowadays, they are real showcases for your business. Most of the business contacts obtained online come from Instagram and TripAdvisor. Here, being a content creator with the ability to grow online companies becomes a huge advantage, especially for those who have not been able to connect the work of influencer with that of content creator.”

Joel started his journey on Facebook back in 2010 even before the term ‘influencer’ became popular. For Joel, it was a place where he could showcase his creativity. Eventually, he started building a community of people that shared the same passion.

He is also very active on TikTok and believes it to be an important platform given its wide follower base.

Due to the pandemic, traveling has been banned. Sharing his thoughts on how it has affected the community of travelers, Joel adds, “The pandemic has negatively affected the whole travel and content creation part. On the other hand, it has made a lot of companies realize that nowadays you make the difference online. In fact, those who suffered the least from this pandemic are those who had e-commerce and who continued to sell despite people being locked at home. During the pandemic, there was no big drop, but around June there was an impressive increase in work, until today when the situation has not yet stabilized and work continues to develop.”
