180 POUNDS DOWN!!

Josh joined me today to talk about his fitness journey! Now i’m going to be real with you, Josh’s weight loss story was a shock to me. 180 LBS LOST!

He realized from a very young age that he was overweight and had a problem. Being already on the bigger side, he was getting bullied about his weight since the 3rd grade all the way through high school.

All the mental torment made him run to the one thing that brought temporary comfort, food. I say temporary because that’s the biggest point I want to make to you. Food didn’t solve his problems, the same way they probably don’t solve yours.

It may provide us some temporary release from what’s going on around us but do you remember the feeling right after? Guilt? Disgust? Disappointment?

When was the last time you ate something to the point that you think, “I really shouldn’t have eaten that…” It’s more common than you think. You are not the only person experiencing that feeling of guilt after you’ve eaten something you don’t think you should’ve.

Growing up on Welfare it was hard to afford “healthy” options. It was just so much easier to grab something processed because its cheap. Don’t forget, cheaper food is cheaper quality.

Josh started trying to make a change when he realized he was at his heaviest after college. He was too shy to be seen by anyone so like most of us, started his journey at home. Now he’s happy, healthy and killing it at the gym!

You really do have to hear it all, Josh’s story is truly inspiring and should be a lesson to you. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been overweight, it’s not destined to stay that way.

Get up and start making the changes toward a healthy lifestyle! You won’t ever regret investing in your health.

Much Love,

Dr. Sam B.

P.S

Making health a priority in your life is crucial to your success.

Think about it, when it comes to family, kids, business…

You can’t do anything when you’re slowed down by weight and illness.

Once you make the transition, you feel the internal changes almost automatically!
