“My background has been in sales and business development, so having spent much of my life building and selling businesses to great success, I now apply my skills to helping business owners grow and scale their business very quickly through five key pillars; leadership, marketing, sales, planning and mindset.

When I was younger, I was diagnosed with dyslexia and ADHD and I had people telling me I was stupid for a long time. As I grew up and experienced an unusual amount of near death experiences including a stroke, I remained consistent in defying the odds and I turned my struggles into strengths. I failed every single class due to my dyslexia and ADHD, and I now use the platform that I have built to empower people with the personal development skills and resilient mindset that has enabled me to succeed in life.”

When scaling your business, remember that your network equals your net worth

“Any successful person willing to share their secret will tell you that the single biggest determining factor of their success is the people they choose to surround themselves with. Your network equals your net worth.

Knowing this is what drove me to start K2 Elite, our world renowned conscious business community.

I knew that in order to reach the peak of my own potential, I had to surround myself with like-minded entrepreneurs who have the similar values and ambitions as me – people who will stop at nothing within a moral framework to reach the top and are willing to offer support, share skills and keep you accountable along the way.

Additionally, it would be adapting and changing with the current climates such as COVID-19. We have pivoted the business and brand within an incredibly short amount of time and it has been a reflection of sticking to those five key pillars, as well as adapting to what is going on in the world and how we as people are responding to that.

There is no greater opportunity than community development right now

“What we are seeing now particularly in isolation, is there has never been a more important time than ever for people to understand what a community is and why it is so important.

There are two areas of my business that I am investing in. Intelligence and Community management. I predict that community management will be the biggest division within my company within the next 18 months and they will be responsible for managing a range of different communities based on different mediums, podcasts being one medium.

What we are going to see now is we are seeing a lot more factional engagement, than we are broad social engagement. What I mean by factional engagement is that people aren’t participating in main feed discussion anywhere near as much, they are participating in off feed discussion like messenger for example but also groups and that is nothing more than an expression of fractionalising at a whole.

I am seeing this come up more and more. I’m seeing more of an emphasis on community and community development, and that to me has never been a greater opportunity and when you think about this commercially this should be a big focus.”
