KHG Media: The Secret Weapon for Info-Product Creators, Ecomm Store Owners, and Service Professionals

How It All Started

They still remember it as if it were yesterday. It was Thursday, March 19th, 2020.  Everything seemed to be going well; the Agency they were working with was owned by two of the most renowned personalities in the online world, Frank Kern and Grant Cardone. Nearly 300 clients amounting to around 1M in gross revenue each month. Peachy keen, wouldn’t you say? But that day was just beginning, and things were about to get very uncertain, to say the least.

They entered their daily morning meeting, but it was led by someone else; something was off.

That person greeted them and said, “the Agency is closing down, thank you for playing full out.  The HR department will send you the corresponding paperwork”.  That was it.

So many questions unanswered, but the truth and the answers to those questions were irrelevant at this point.

Alfredo and Gavin got on a call. They had built a good friendship at the agency, and they held each other in high esteem.  They would be the only ones working in the middle of the night and seeing each other as the only other person online in the agency. They would often get on calls to brainstorm ideas together to increase the performance of their accounts.

The signal from Cardone Kern was loud and clear.  It was up to them to sink or swim.  And swim they did.

They started their own agency, KHG Media (K for Klauser, Gavin´s last name, and HG for Haro-Goñi, Alfredo´s last name), but the journey was just getting started.

Who are Gavin and Alfredo?

Gavin Klauser is a veteran who first came across the world of business and marketing in 2017 while traveling around America with his girlfriend, who was a traveling nurse at the time.

Gavin took it upon himself to find the education he needed to make a living and impact while working from home while traveling America. After buying countless programs on how to make money online, Gavin realized that there was a world of abundance of money that he could make and could help others do the same. So Gavin did what most people wouldn’t, he took action, and it started to work.

One thing led to another as Gavin started producing phenomenal revenue results from his own start-up digital marketing business. Then opportunity fell into place at the Agency with Cardone-Kern, where Gavin would learn marketing strategies and tactics from the best while still producing excellent results in his own business.

As his portfolio and experience grew, Gavin’s digital marketing business took off. People from all over the world were impacted by the incredible results he and his team were producing.

Gavin´s mission is to not only improve his own life, his families, and friends, as he knows intimately what it is like to not be financially stable, but to help impact lives around the world and to help others live in abundance too.

Alfredo Haro-Goñi is a criminal attorney -of all things-, he studied law in one of the best law schools in Mexico and then studied a joint program of law and business at Wharton and Penn Law.

He practiced criminal law for over ten years until he finally decided he wanted to pivot to marketing and advertising.

As he was on the brink of divorce, he decided to take things into his own hands and quit his meteoric rise in the federal public service and spend time with his wife and kids to save whatever was left at that point of his marriage.

That forced him to find ways to get clients, and he started to get obsessed with social media, marketing, and advertising until he finally was able to live off of his new expertise. The journey lasted years and had ups and downs, but that’s a whole different story.

What’s Next For KHG Media?

Gavin & Alfredo started KHG Media with only two clients who had contacted them directly when they learned that the former Cardone Kern (at that moment Cardone Advertising) agency was closing.

What Cardone Kern did was to outsource the actual advertising to a group of 11 experts located both in the US and abroad, and those experts were not to have contact with the clients.

That communication happened via an Account Manager; the reason for that is pretty apparent.  The people doing the actual marketing and advertising could take the clients away from the agency.

Nevertheless, these two clients happened to have the contact information of Alfredo and Gavin because they both requested a meeting with them months prior to the agency closing.

Within two months, they already had over 20 clients, and the growth was rather painful.

They realized they needed more systems in place to streamline their services, bulletproof the consistency of the results for their clients, and avoid things falling through the cracks. In doing so, their team grew from 2 to 10 in less than a year.

KHG Media now has collectively generated multiple 8-figures in returns for their clients: very well-known personal brands, service professionals, and e-comm DTC brands, helping them cross multiple 7-figures and aiding in the positioning and solidifying of their brand in their respective markets.

Gavin, Alfredo, and the KHG Media team are the secret weapon behind all these brands to acquire, serve and impact customers at scale.

How to Partner with KHG Media

“If you are a personal brand, a service professional, or an e-comm DTC brand that’s selling high ticket products or programs and you´re having trouble seeing a clear path to growth and impact, their door is one of the doors -if not the first door- you should be knocking on.”

Up until recently, they were a full-stack DFY marketing and advertising agency, but they recently incorporated a DWY program called “Automated Entrepreneurship” to help even more personal brands, service professionals, and e-comm DTC brands. Automated Entrepreneurship skills and knowledge transfer the ins and outs of acquiring, serving, ascending, and impacting customers at scale without being a slave to content, cold outreach, sales calls, and managing ads.

Alfredo said, “So if you have a business and want la creme de la creme to do it, they have a solution for you, their DFY service.

And if you have a business that is at a stage where it cannot afford a done-for-you top tier agency, they can still help with their DWY program!

They help you leverage the potentiality of the internet so you can tend to your clients personally and at scale -which is precisely what they´ve done and do for their clients.

Your business will increase its leads, sales, LTV, and overall growth and impact in your market.”

They are obsessed with the LTV of their client’s customers because the higher the LTV is, the more a business can spend to acquire a customer profitably.

And never forget, as one of the most outstanding marketers of all time (Dan Kennedy) said: “ultimately the business that can spend the most to acquire a customer, will always win” because by doing so, they will outspend their competition and turn it irrelevant.

Word of caution, they don’t just work with any brand, professional, or business; they will make sure individuals are a good fit for them and that their business has what it takes to acquire, serve and impact customers at scale. Nonetheless, if companies and brands making over 8-figures a year are working with them, people should look into their services and watch them closely.
