Lidiya Kesarovska Shares Her Top 3 Tips for Building an Authentic Online Business

Building an online business is not as easy as setting up an online storefront and plugging in some keywords anymore. The Internet is flooded with new projects from ambitious entrepreneurs every day, all looking to make a name for themselves and sell some products. Competition is tough and just as many businesses end up failing as the new ones rise up to take their place.

Blogger Lidiya Kesarovska learned this first hand as she went through the growing pains of developing her blog Let’s Reach Success, and launching her supplementary developmental courses. Lidiya learned that what helped her stand apart from her competitors was her personality. Lidiya’s ability to authentically represent her character and values through the content she published helped immensely in enabling her to grow a dedicated following that supported her.

On the launch of her brand new course, Fearless Content, a program that combines content creation and branding with personal and spiritual growth, Lidiya joins us today to discuss the importance of authentically representing yourself and your brand online.

Create your own systems.

What has worked for others, won’t necessarily work for you. It’s important to keep expanding your horizons and learn from successful entrepreneurs, take courses, listen to podcasts, read books and/or hire coaches (depending on what your learning style is), but at the end of the day, you will need your own strategy. Add to that your unique energy and you can create something beautiful, real and valuable that no one else can replicate.

Impact comes first.

Entrepreneurs are here to solve problems. Your free content serves your people. Your paid content does that 10x better. Too many new business owners out there are trying to build a following on Instagram from day 1, get their first paid clients, or just sell something to people they don’t know anything about. But before you even have a paid offer and instead of focusing on vanity metrics like social media followers, why not provide value? That can happen by creating a lot of free content related to your niche, showing up for your audience consistently, giving them quick wins, building authority by doing that for at least a few months to find your voice, and understanding these people. Then, when it’s time to release your paid offer, put your heart and soul into making it the most valuable product or service you can, make the offer irresistible, and know it will reach the people it’s meant to help.

Build your brand around being your most authentic self.

This is a long game. If you want to create something sustainable and impactful, you’ll need to embrace your strengths and double down on them, define your weaknesses and outsource the aspects of business you don’t really want to tackle and aren’t good at, make a long-term plan and be ready to pivot along the way, and build a brand and reputation based on authenticity and real results.

Lidiya is a firm believer in content-driven business. She provides value to her audience every day through the free content published on her blog. Her passion for educating and bringing awareness to important topics shines through in the growth of Let’s Reach Success. Along with bringing value to her clients, Lidiya authentically represents her brand by sharing her personal journey and offering insights into her growth for all to witness and study, even including her detailed monthly income reports!

It’s through the trust and respect Lidiya cultivated with her audience that she was able to see success. She invested in herself to learn and grow, and offered up the majority of her knowledge for free! That’s why when Lidiya launched her signature Blog to Biz System, she saw tremendous support with all the slots filled and a waiting list slowly growing. Lidiya’s audience understands the value she provides and is willing to take that extra step and continue growing with her.
