Being a life coach, how do you deal with your clients? What specific areas do you focus on?
When dealing with my clients, I always start with the benefits of being honest with themselves. We do so by introducing Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and identify their areas that need fulfillment. We then move into identifying their goals and what they want to get out of the program.
The specific areas are as follows: Self-Love, Self-Awareness, Self-Discovery, Self-Reflection, Positive Affirmations, Self-Care, and Goal Setting.
I offer the following:
Package 1: The Beauty in You

Short-term and long-term goal setting
This is for leaders and business owners searching for their way to impact the world, seeking support in personal and professional aspects of life.
What do you expect to come to light after each coaching session?
I expect each client to re-discover all those things which made them whole before motherhood. Before becoming a mother, my clients were individual women who had goals, dreams, and aspirations. I also expect them to understand their value and self-worth and begin implementing self-care and positive affirmations into their daily routine.
What is your favorite part about life coaching?
My favorite part of Life Coaching is seeing the impact I make on women’s lives every day! It makes me smile to know that through my story and experiences I can inspire someone to understand their worth.
What is the biggest obstacle you have overcome in your own life?
The biggest obstacle I have overcome in my own life was when I experienced a traumatic event within my household; within my marriage 6 years ago. This event challenged me in every aspect of my life (work, self-esteem, health). I suffered from depression, anxiety, and at one point I lost the will to fight. I did not know who I was!
It was not until reality hit and I realized I was burying myself in work instead of putting the work in and focusing on myself and healing. It took me about 2 years to heal and although the toughest job I have ever had was working on myself and being completely honest with myself, I am so happy that I did it.
None folks are able to do success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person to who you are grateful towards, who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?
I cannot attribute my success to just one person in my life. I must say I have a tremendous support group which includes my husband, my mother, father, sister, my in-laws, and my closest friends. As I was going through my healing process, everyone supported me in whatever way I needed. Whether it was watching the children, listening to me vent, or just encouraging me to be the best that I can be; they did that! I am forever thankful for my support group.
In 2021, What are your main goals?
My goals for 2021:
I want to be known as one of the top Life Coaches of 2021 by continuing to share my story and inspiring as many women as I can, after all: “We are more than just mommies.”
I want to get my LMSW: Licensed Master Social Worker.
For The Chi Quita Mack to become a household name.
