When there is a strong enough mission behind a company, the growth it can achieve is limitless. As for Legacy Healing Center, the growth of going from a tiny three-bed pilot program into a company with over 155 beds and over 200 staff members goes to show you how much of a difference passion can make. Meet Marc Effron, Founder of the esteemed Legacy Healing Center (Inpatient behavioral healthcare and addiction recovery facility) that has helped thousands of individuals through their addiction recoveries. Marc is a multi-faceted powerhouse when it comes to business, having climbed the ranks of a major investment fund, built a brief career as a keynote speaker, and ultimately beginning Legacy Healing Center. The decision to pursue creating this facility came after 10 years of Marc’s sobriety, having been in the shoes of the patients that arrived at the facility he knew a personalized and holistic approach to overcoming addiction was desperately needed.
To understand how Marc Effron (Founder of Legacy Healing Center) took the company towards a staff of over 200 members we first have to understand Marc himself.
The Man Behind it all – Marc Effron
Marc Effron is known for his dedication, achievements, and leadership in the mental health industry. Marc has been a highly praised recipient of Marquis Who’s Top Executives for his outstanding work drive behind his work. Growing up Marc had excelled in building relationships and experienced great success throughout his time in the financial industry given his work ethic, but according to Marc, something was always missing. Even though he had been crushing it in most aspects of his life, what he felt was missing became such an overwhelming feeling. It wasn’t until he had found sobriety that he had felt he found his true calling.
Since Marc had discovered sobriety, he found himself in a place where all of his previous perspectives on life were challenged, and for someone who had thrived for challenges his whole life, it created an opportunity that led him towards true meaning out of the small details in life. Although he can recognize his past as a darker period of his life, he’s gone on to express passion towards reaching into darker spaces and sharing that part of his life with others.
Drive Behind Legacy Healing Center
20 years ago if you told Marc Effron that he would be scaling a facility that revolutionizes the way we help patients overcome their battles with addiction, he would’ve never believed you. When Marc first started Legacy Healing Center he began with one specific goal in mind, to help as many families and communities as possible. To this day, that goal has been one of the primary drivers behind the company and continues to represent Legacy Healing Center through every value and virtue. Marc was no stranger to the eerie and dark paths that addiction led him down, he knew the feelings of being alone that addicts faced so he was able to build this facility from the inside out. Not only can addiction affect the patient, but it has an even larger footprint on their families, their communities, and ultimately the people who love you the most, so Legacy Healing Center has taken strides towards making sure they are not alone.
Legacy Healing Center
Since Marc Effron first founded Legacy healing Center they began with a 3-bed pilot program and have gone on to create one of the most sought after recovery facilities in the nation. They are ladies and gentlemen caring for ladies and gentlemen, with that in mind they have helped over 10,000 patients through their services. They have truly brought back the lives of mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, and entire families through their holistic treatment philosophy. Each Facility strives to span the healing far past the physical aspect and into the mind, body, and soul, this philosophy has created environments for true healing.
Legacy Healing Center is a place that has sparked hope into the lives of many over the past few years that they have been around. From one facility to a multi-state operation, Legacy Healing Center has established themselves as the go-to centers when taking a holistic approach to fighting your addictions, and with thousands of success stories, an unmatched reputation, and life-changing methods that combat addiction, it’s no wonder they have grown as fast as they have.
