Mateo Estes’s Two Tips To Growing A Brand

Thanks to the various inspirational stories available online and within communities, hundreds of thousands of individuals took the first step to beginning an enterprise. Although challenging, they found encouragement from the success of those who came before them.

Yet leaping into entrepreneurship isn’t the most strenuous part of the job. If anything, it’s growing a brand from scratch into a household name that people trust.

Mateo Estes, born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, found two ways that helped him as an entrepreneur to achieve his goal of growing his brand to become what it is today. Like other successful people who find joy in seeing others triumph, Mateo now shares what guided him in furthering his enterprise.

‘Plan and Execute’

The first thing on Mateo’s list is to organize your thoughts before acting on them. He saw that too many people in their respective industries and the world focus intently on perfecting their plans or ideas they forget to partner them with action.

“Once you realize that nothing will ever be perfect and you just have to get started, the results will come,” he said.

In the meantime, acting without planning could bring poor results. The two must work together for the best possible outcome.

‘Stick To The Basics’

Another tip from Mateo in growing a brand is sticking to the basics. People often get enamored with new approaches to furthering their ventures, but they overlook that it also brings risks if used without proper research.

“There will always be the next best thing or a better way to do something, but when you keep the fundamentals, you know it will work,” he said.

Entrepreneurs should frequently listen to their gut feelings and find assurance in business models and approaches that reportedly bring ideal returns in growing a brand or business.

Possessing Ideal Qualities

There’s another secret that guided Mateo in growing his business, and it comes from himself. He is known for having unlimited energy and an extroverted personality. However, his passion, drive, and work ethic took him to greater heights.

He first started in door-to-door sales when he was 19. Mateo spent a significant amount of time living in different areas of the United States, from earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration at Dixie State University (Saint George, Utah) to selling in more than eight different states

“My team and I have generated 3 million in revenue over the past years. I am one of the four divisional manager’s in the ONE% region at Moxie,” he shared.

Mateo has indeed come a long way from his humble beginnings. Yet with the ideal values, mindset, and knowledge, he grew his company in its respective industry.
