A MAXIMized Business Means Growing Your 6-Figure, Profitable Practice, While Impacting on Your Clients

Andrea Maxim

Dr. Andrea Maxim found herself with a problem. She’d spent over $100K and 10-years in school educating herself and became a licensed naturopathic doctor but was never taught in school how much of a challenge growing her business would be. She was well equipped to treat clients with their health issues… if only they could find her. Why hadn’t her schooling prepared her for building a business?

Frustrated, she tried multiple ways to grow her small business, but it wasn’t until she dug her heels in and started teaching herself modernized messaging and marketing that she saw the growth she needed. She’d gone out in the world with a really expensive piece of paper (degree), but totally unprepared with basic knowledge she needed to thrive.

After years of learning to stand out in a crowd and finding visibility, she realized that while her business was growing, her lack of time and balance for her family was challenging. It seemed as if everything took twice as much work. It was when she put all the pieces together and built a system with purposeful strategies that everything fell into place.

Today, she teaches other health and wellness practitioners how they can use the skills she’s learned to grow their own businesses, while not having to spend every waking hour at the office, coming home exhausted and stressed, and repeating this day in and day out.

It wasn’t until she discovered the MAXIMized Practitioner Method, that not only did her practices start to thrive, but she also got her time freedom back.

She put systems in place to be as hands-off as possible, while also finding multiple streams of income to make the best use of her skills and education. In doing this, Dr. Andrea Maxim was able to strategically and systematically build a framework that others can follow.

Today, there’s a 3-step blueprint that’s focused on helping wellness practitioners get the most out of their business while allowing the backend to manage most of the heavy lifting.

The framework teaches other health and wellness practitioners how to stand out in a crowded market, find clients faster and easier, and how to put systems in place to take the frustration and overwhelm out of their business growth.

In a world where anybody with a computer and marketing skill can be heard, visibility is more crucial than ever. Drawing the clients that are right for your business, that you know you can help, becomes easier when you understand the steps involved.

Her three foundational steps can be put into place to help your business run smoothly and operate with less stress. It frees up more time for you, so you can do the things you enjoy when you aren’t at work. If you’re trying to grow your practice, understand that medical school teaches you how to help heal health issues, not how to grow a business, and keep it thriving. It’s not simply as easy as saying, I graduated and now clients will start to pour into my business. It takes work and effort, but it doesn’t have to be as taxing as it could be if you have the right information and put those elements in place at the right time.

What is the MAXIMized Practitioner Method?

This 3-step methodology is a framework that leads you through a simplified way to not only attract the right clients to you but how to convert them to customers, along with systemizing the process. You’ll learn to earn more money, build your visibility, and stand out among your competitors.

It looks at unique ways to create income, such as offering a course.

Step one builds a foundation. Thinking you can skip this part is a big mistake. Without a strong foundation, the rest of the plan crumbles. With a strong system and smart strategies, you’ll be able to let it run for you, hands-off.

First, let me mention that it’s important that you speak to your client where they are. Leave the fancy terminology behind and speak to them in easy-to-understand language. Show them how you can help them, but you need to use their terminology, not yours. Once you’ve started building the foundation and learning how to attract the right client to your business, you’ll move on to the next step.

The second step is about creating systems that do the work for you. Once the system is in place, you’re mostly handing off. You’ll look at not only how to build your site but also take a closer look at your personal branding. You need to speak to your target audience, and we’ll shape these details, so they work for you. You’ll learn to create systems such as a welcoming email response along with an onboarding process. We’ll look at ways to create a funnel that does the work for you and takes your client from the awareness stage to conversion. The system is like a well-oiled machine that will work behind the scenes for you. Set it up, and it will continue to work without you constantly having to be involved. It also allows for things like upsells.

The third step helps you amplify the process—so you can increase your earnings. You’ll be shown ways to stand out, how to find inexpensive leads, and how to grow your business through better, easier marketing methods. Draw people to you, instead of chasing them.

The MAXIMized Practitioner Method was built so it can work for you, and you can get back to the things you enjoy.

Dr. Andrea Maxim is an author, has appeared on local television, and has been interviewed by multiple media outlets. In 2014, she won the coveted Top 40 Under 40 award as well as a Female Entrepreneur Award.

If you want to help your large business organization with employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion, Dr. McCoy is your go-to, but when you want to build a business that helps your patients with their health issues while growing your income and taking the frustration out of the process, Dr. Andrea Maxim and her MAXIMized Practitioner Method is what you’re looking for.
