Stephanie Hess once worked for large, prestigious companies such as Estee Lauder and the New York Knicks, but even with success in top companies, it didn’t fill her completely. Something was missing. She was fitting into a world where she thrived and picked up years of experience, but she knew that she had to get out. In fact, she later learned that she’d suffered from “Corporate PTSD,” and was shocked to hear the diagnosis. Yet, it was the moment that helped her tackle the challenges before her and truly reach her entrepreneurial mission.
Today, she’s living her best life, following her heart, and sharing her many years of business and marketing experience with others. At first, she struggled to find her way outside of the corporate world. She followed what others told her, but nothing resonated the way she expected. It wasn’t until she trusted her own self, her instincts, and climbing over things like imposter syndrome that she found her way. As soon as she recognized her worth and unique gifts, everything fell into place. What had made her different all those years ago, she thought was something to hide. Instead, it turned out it was her strength and would help her thrive.
Today, she teaches others how to find their uniqueness, so they can build businesses, package premium products or services, and live authentically. In coaching them, she combines her 15 years of marketing and business experience with a full-hearted approach that so many people need. Understanding how to connect your masculine side to your feminine side is the key to finding the right balance in business, along with strategic planning.
In using a combination of mindset approach, her-performance coaching, and highly targeted client attraction methods, she shows people how to lead, influence, and communicate in a way that draws the perfect customers to you.
With a roster of clients around the globe, she’s thankful to impact lives that end up impacting other lives. The ripple effect is making a true change in the world. With the success of over 100+ clients, she’s helped other coaches, service providers, and entrepreneurs live fuller, more satisfying business careers and lives.
While coaching is one aspect of who she is, she’s also a business strategist, consultant, and speaker. Her specialty is in working with expert coaches and service providers.
Her Womanpreneur On Fire Membership is a private coaching program perfect for driven coaches, consultants, and service providers. She also has a new series on Facebook called Exponential Entrepreneur Interview Series that speaks with entrepreneurs who are making waves in the world and is hosted on Wednesdays.
