Stephanie Hess once worked for large, prestigious companies such as Estee Lauder and the New York Knicks, but even with success in top companies, it didn’t fill her completely. Something was missing. She was fitting into a world where she thrived and picked up years of experience, but she knew that she had to get out. In fact, she later learned that she’d suffered from “Corporate PTSD,” and was shocked to hear the diagnosis. Yet, it was the moment that helped her tackle the challenges before her and truly reach her entrepreneurial mission.

In coaching them, she combines her 15 years of marketing and business experience with a full-hearted approach that so many people need.
