Meet Celebrity Coach Shanna Lee: 8 High Vibe Habits Essential for High-Flying Entrepreneurs

Intuitive coach Shanna Lee

As a successful entrepreneur herself, intuitive coach Shanna Lee knows first-hand what high vibe habits can do for channeling the right energy into business ventures.

A hugely acclaimed author of The Soul Frequency: Your Healthy, Awakened and Authentic Life, as well as an in-demand coach and mentor, Shanna started her business life in real estate. Working both day and night non-stop, she built herself a thriving and financially stable career.

Yet despite thriving in the industry for many years, Shanna came to realize that not only had she sacrificed everything to get there, but she had also damaged her health in the process.

Realizing she wasn’t living her best life or enjoying any of her successes, Shanna’s wake-up call came in the form of a frightening skin cancer diagnosis.

Fortunately, Shanna bounced back stronger than before. However, after such a build-up of events, she became even more determined to find a way to change her lifestyle. This meant redefining what it took to become a successful, but more importantly happier, and healthier entrepreneur.

Firmly believing that success in all areas of life comes from the ability to fully respect ourselves beforehand, Shanna has now become the go-to for many entrepreneurs keen to learn from her experiences.

Check these essential high vibe habits that Shanna Lee herself has adopted in a career spanning over two decades.

Tip 1: Say What You Mean and Mean What You Say, Always.

Unfortunately, we’re often taught that to get ahead in business, the only way to succeed is to mislead and deceive. Or even fake it till you make it.

But those businesses that grow and flourish are the ones that operate truthfully, authentically, and intentionally with all their customers and clients.

By looking at it long-term, the integral approach is to say what you mean and mean what you say with renewed vigor and energy. Truth is always ‘the anatomy of transformation’ and both your customers and clients will respond by returning time and time again.

Tip 2: Bring Good Vibes to All Your Relationships.

By working to make a conscious effort to continually bring great energy into your relationships, you can set the tone for all your encounters.

In turn, the result is a positive frequency emitting naturally into every relationship. This means you can promote an all-around greater encounter and experience for both you and the person on the receiving end.

If you can create joy in a relationship, whether that be with customers, contractors, or suppliers, you instantly encourage them to match your energy. Thus, the results are a greater connection all around. This will make all the difference to both you and your business.

Tip 3: Create a Most Powerful of Morning Routines

To ensure we get off to the best start and carry that energy through to the end of the day, we must seize that high vibe energy as soon as we wake up.

But to do this successfully, our morning routine needs to start on the best foot possible. This can mean practicing meditation, yoga, exercise, or simply just by preparing a great breakfast!

By committing to a positive and happier morning routine, you get to set the tone for the day ahead, every day.

A powerful morning routine can make a person ‘feel more confident, divinely connected, and abundant.’ – in Shanna’s own words. And it rubs off on those people around you in the process.

Tip 4: Learn to Love Consistency

Though consistency is the key to a great many freedoms, as human beings many of us work at resisting it.

What’s more, for those that attempt it for a few weeks, only to fall off track, the resistance to attempt it once more grows stronger.

However, by putting reliable systems into our businesses we free up more time and energy. This is because we don’t have to repeatedly waste time figuring things out.

By changing the way we feel and deal with the concept of consistency, we can open ourselves up to create valuable long-term working systems and save ourselves energy in the process.

Tip 5: Create a Powerful Lead Generation System

Many entrepreneurs admit to hating the premise of selling, but as their businesses need sales for revenue, they muster on with it.

Yet, if you design a system that creates powerful introductions between yourself and those absolutely needing what you’re offering – selling, as such, isn’t necessary.

By creating connections with others sharing the same positive outlook and approaches, the relationship created becomes a most authentic one. This allows you to utilize their experience to expand your business while allowing your energy to infuse your project in the process.

Tip 6: Build on Powerful Relationships

Whenever you come across clients, customers, other business owners, or indeed anyone else throughout your days, commit to building the most powerful of relationships with every one of them.

By helping and supporting anyone you cross paths with, you encourage an incredible vibe. In turn, this vibe allows you to connect your energy with those sharing a common intention to help others.

Tip 7: Always Be Growing

To develop as people, and of course as entrepreneurs, we need to be continually growing. Life itself is one continuous growth journey so we need to be able to grow energetically with it to develop.

This need for continual growth is one of the reasons behind Shanna launching her new course, The Soul Frequency Experience.

By honing your craft, going deeper every time, you allow yourself to ‘powerfully connect to your soul purpose and divine mission’. This allows you to discover more about your unique gifts while sharing them with others.

Tip 8: Be Courageous

Finally, not only is courage contagious but it’s also an abundant source of energy! So, whenever you can, aim to take a leap of faith and be courageous – daily, if that’s possible.

The most substantial growth happens when we’re pushed out of our comfort zone. Therefore, by putting yourself out there as much as possible, you create the chance to discover some of the most amazing things.
