Meet De’Andre L. Rucker: The Author, Philanthropist, Entrepreneur And Motivational Speaker Behind Rucker Holding And Quality Mindsets. He Has Faded To Wealth

De’Andre L. Rucker is an American author, philanthropist, entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and the founder and CEO of Rucker Holdings, which is the parent company of Rucker Cigar Lounge, Rucker Cafe, Rucker Capital, DLR Warehouse & Logistics, Rucker Graphics, and many other local and multinational companies. De’Andre confesses that he has always felt motivated to do things out of the ordinary, he was never satisfied with what he had, and since he can remember he has been passionate about business.

“Growing up I always felt motivated to do extra things and not just to settle for what I was given. But I have always been passionate about business since I was young.” De’Andre shares.

Because of this, De’Andre has always been very clear about where he comes from and who he is, so now thanks to the success he has had with his different companies, he offers opportunities to other people to get ahead and achieve their goals. Quality Mindsets is one of the companies owned by Rucker Holdings. It is a company that does third party containment and provides quality assurance and control outsourcing services to automotive manufacturing giants and suppliers such as Ford Motor Company, Lear, and Chevrolet.

“Quality Mindsets provides technical and quality control services to automotive companies in over 14 states in the Midwest.” 

Besides this, De’Andre specializes in brand development, business management, consulting,  investment planning, and is also recognized as an expert in real estate, engineering, and fashion. He has created over 140 jobs, both nationally and internationally, in locations such as Tuscaloosa, AL, Ottawa Lake, MI, Mexico, Portage, IN and his hometown of Chicago, IL.

“I was inspired to get into the containment business for a few reasons. One of them was because I was able to employ people and help them recover. Rucker Academy was inspired by me knowing that all kids don’t want to work in a job. As for the Cigar Lounge, I was out of the country and saw how cigars brought people together to talk business. So when I got home I opened a cigar lounge.” De’Andre explains.

On the other hand, De’Andre L. Rucker also launched The Millionaire Project, a business training workshop with mentoring activities, resources, and services for people who want to become millionaires.

“I also run the Rucker’s loan company, which along with its financial affiliates provides guaranteed business loans to eligible candidates, entrepreneurs, and small businesses that successfully complete the workshops and other required benchmarks.” He adds.

Outside the business world, he is a well-known philanthropist who has demonstrated social responsibility and whose priorities are to reinvest in the youth, the city of Chicago, and surrounding suburban communities. And he shares his story through all his platforms.

“My biggest obstacle growing a business has been being able to deal with rejection but never giving up.” De’Andre says.

De’Andre recommends to anyone who wants to start a new business to work on having a strong mindset and to never, ever give up, no matter how hard it gets. Working hard just means that the reward will be greater.

“My grind differentiates me from my competition. Knowing that I am who I am and I am from where I am from but I was able to not become a product of my environment. Instead I overcame it and my competition will never be able to go through what I’ve been through.” He shares.

He is also the author of many books that share his experience in credit repair, real estate investment, business creation, and lead generation. De’Andre’s latest book “Credit Monsters” is on the best-selling list of books and authors and is published as an e-book and distributed as a print copy worldwide.

“Mindset is very important when starting your own business. From your habits to where your habits take you, your mindset should be in study, goal setting, planning, networking, journaling, exercise, relaxation, affirmation, mastering of your craft, and your masterminding.” De’Andre advises.
