Meet Dr. Amir Hashemloo: Iranian celebrity Cosmetic Doctor

One of the most important rules in life is to do what you love. You’ve probably heard that advice a lot of times already. Unfortunately, discovering that dream job and what you are meant to do in life isn’t always so easy. There’s always a fear of making the wrong choice.

The happiest, most successful people on this planet are all doing something they love, and Amir Hashemloo is one man who has devoted his time creating something he believes in and living a life of purpose and passion.

The First Step on the Journey to Success

Born and raised in Tehran Iran, Amir became interested in medicine since his high school days. He got a lot of encouragement from his family and friends to pursue a career in the field.

When the time came to go to college, Amir enrolled in the field of experimental sciences in medicine at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical  Sciences, with an exceptional rank of 32 in the university entrance exam.

While in college, Amir also began to explore his creative side by venturing into art sculpting. His light bulb moment came when he realized he could combine both of his interests, and so began his journey into cosmetic surgery.

Breaking Boundaries

Only those who attempt the absurd can achieve the impossible.”

― Albert Einstein

Over the years, Amir has worked with a lot of famous celebrities such as Bijan Mortazavi and his wife Setare Saeedi, Anahita Dargahi, Ashkan Khatibi, Nargess Abyar, Roya Mirelmi, Khatere Asadi, and also football superstars like Hossein Mahini, Milad Mohammadi, and Mehdi Sharifi.

To Amir, his biggest achievement was “innovating and developing his very own method of correcting the eye and eyebrow frame”.

Challenges and The Way Forward

People face challenges every day. Without challenges, life would be trite and boring. They make us stronger and without them, life becomes somewhat meaningless because we have nothing to compare the good times to. Life consists of experience, challenges, and achievements, all of which are building blocks that inherently create paths to success.

For Amir, one of the most pressing challenges he encounters at work is to determine where the desired change on a patient’s face can be done and how to make the change completely natural and indistinguishable.

Each of the challenges we face in life are opportunities for personal growth and self-improvement. Ultimately, the goal is to use what you learn as you grow to become the best version of yourself.

Amir embraces his life challenges and he hopes to do more and achieve bigger steps in his career. He regularly strives to create new methods to bring satisfaction and pleasure to his clients.

Amir has reached the top of his career through dedication, hard work, and perseverance. Here is his main advice to aspiring cosmetic doctors ;

“Be honest and patient with your patients, know the difference between a chief complaint and an admitting diagnosis. When it comes to selecting a patient, don’t be afraid to turn down candidates who are not suitable for cosmetic procedures.”
