Creating I Am. This way they will be known worldwide, helping others, and them to communicate, connect, network, and sell their services.

As a former preacher, my passion for transforming lives and helping women/others find balance in their life to live free today is now my mission.

Vision: All women know who they are at their core on the inside, their value, their goals, and their purpose. Mission: To guide women to practice a higher level of introspection and awareness, beyond their identity, so they have the faith and determination to realize their purpose with courage.

Here we sit down with Yadira, to know a bit more about her journey as an entrepreneur.

Q. What inspired you to become an entrepreneur?

Yadira: After the accident in 2010, there was a moment when I started finding, discovering, and reencountering myself, I discover my I Am. I decided I wanted to start a coaching business to help others with the journey of finding their I Am.

Q. How did you get started?

Yadira: After being part of the event of Tony Robbins UPW in London I decided to give the first step and study coaching with Tony at core100, and started the journey coaching, later on, I discovered I wanted to help others more, and that is how I Am. Magazine came to the world!!

Q. What was your biggest startup challenge? What steps did you take to overcome it? What did you learn?

Yadira: My biggest challenge was how to start, where, and when, it was difficult at the time as I had no idea if the moment was right, as soon as I started the business everything was easier, I started to meet the right people, the connections, and without knowing it I was already in a stage giving speeches about motivation and inspirations, I wrote a few books and decided to go a step further with the Magazine. Here is when covid hit, and then I realized there is another biggest challenge and it was how to have effective marketing online to let people know about my product. It can be easy to get caught up in the latest marketing trends and spend lots of money on marketing techniques that end up costing us more than the sales we generate. So, I created a Marketing plan for my business, started learning about it, and even though I am on the way, we are always learning new things, we never stop learning!!

Q. What is the Most Memorable Thing You’ve Done Since you Started your Business?

Yadira: Impact people, with my story, with my words, and most of all, helping people find their I Am. their lives had changed so much, and as this happened, my life changes too, to a better version of myself!

Q. What is one book you recommend, and why?

Yadira: A book I wrote, “Discover Who You Are to Overcome any Crisis” this book will help you step by step to Discover who you really are, to find your why, even your purpose in and for your life. In this book, you will find the real purpose, and I am not talking about your roles or your social identity. You can be a friend, a sister, brother, father, you can be all of these at the same time, but these are just an aspect of you, They don’t represent Who You fundamentally are on the inside, Your inner self is who you really are on the inside, and in this book, you will discover that and much more.

Q. What are your favourite online apps, tools, or resources and what do you love about them?

  • Fiverr- this app is great if you need some freelancers to help you with your company.
  • Asana- It helps you to manage tasks and personal to-do’s, keeps you on track!

Q. In terms of legacy, what is the mark you’d like to leave on the world?

Yadira: My legacy It has been about learning from the past, living in the present, and building for the future. The I Am Revolution is my legacy to the world, so people will discover their I Am and become the best version of themselves, creating their dreams, becoming bold and happy!

Q. In one sentence, what’s the best advice you’d give to someone just starting out on their entrepreneurial journey?

Yadira: Don’t be afraid to be yourself, remember that each one of us is UNIQUE, and we can help many others with our Uniqueness, no matter if there are 1000 coaches in the world, your Uniqueness will be able to help a specific one in need!
