Michael J. Newell, a Real Estate Developer, Seizes Control of the Housing Market to Lower Prices and Increase Accessibility for American Families

Affordable housing has been a problem for Americans ever since the country was founded. Michael J. Newell, a real estate mogul, considers it his personal mission in life to revitalize the American housing market. Construction projects that are brand spanking new in Newell’s eyes stand for progress, expansion, and betterment. Michael J. Newell serves as the company’s founder and chief executive officer for both Standard Land Development and M.J. Newell Homes.

Michael Newell has seen the housing crisis worsen over time. As a result, he’s come up with ingenious ways to lend a hand, utilizing the resources of his two companies. Newell is confident that M.J. Newell Homes and Standard Land Development (SLD) can make a difference by encouraging others to enter the construction industry despite their limitations.

In his course “Learn To Build,” Michael Newell teaches his students everything they need to know to become competent builders. Newell believes he has systematized and perfected the process. Suppose you’re just getting started in the industry or are ready to take your business to the next level. In that case, Michael is confident that he can teach you everything you need to know to get there. Michael believes it is his responsibility to help those less informed than himself. He plans to do so by sharing the knowledge that has helped him become a skilled builder.

Companies like Standard Land Development and M.J. Newell Homes produce some of the finest homes available to the typical American buyer. Their mission is to ensure that all Americans have access to safe, affordable housing. “We believe that low-income renters shouldn’t pay more than one-fourth of their monthly income in housing costs. This guarantees that growing families won’t have to skimp on necessities,” Newell explained.

Before any homes or businesses are built on the land, SLD develops it by constructing roads, sewage and electrical systems, and other necessities. M.J. Newell Homes is the other arm of Standard Land Development. It is responsible for marketing, sales, and maintenance of all Standard Land Development’s properties. M.J. Newell Homes offers its clients the option of customizing one of six model homes or purchasing a home as it is. New communities built by Standard Land Development can be found all over Florida.

When it comes to developing brand-new communities for Floridians to live in, nobody does it better than Standard Land Development. They have finished over 1,950 buildings in Florida, including both homes and businesses. In fact, M.J. Newell Homes has built more than 600 houses. Up to 490 single-family homes may be built this year. Newell attributes these achievements to having a solid group with dedication to teamwork.

Newell thinks people hurt society when they refuse to work together and find “win-win” solutions to their business problems. The longevity of SLD and M.J. Newell Homes directly results from the company’s work culture. “Team strength is critical. You need the help of dependable key players to achieve your goals. If I was going to win, I knew I’d have to enlist first-line powerhouses,” Newell said.

When the company’s entire strategy is implemented in 2023, M. J. Newell Homes will be able to meet its lofty annual production goal of 1,200 homes. A 987-unit build-to-rent single-family home community in Central Florida, a 1754-unit build-to-sell single-family home community in South Florida, a 160,000-square-foot retail plaza, a 1266-unit single-family home on in-fill lots, a 312 unit townhome community in Central North Carolina, and a 96-unit apartment building in Westerville, Ohio are just some of the goals Standard Land Development and M.J. Newell Homes plan.

As long as the need for low-cost housing remains high, Standard Land Development will continue to provide Americans with quality, reasonably priced homes in communities across the country.
